Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We liked the big tub in one of the bathrooms. The view was gorgeous.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately, the mattresses were so uncomfortable that my hubby and I were not able to get much sleep. They were surprisingly hard. After tossing and turning for hours, I got up and went to the couch. The second night, I tried the pull-out sofa, but it was just as bad. I think the carpet was quite a bit more comfortable. One of those mattress toppers would have made a world of difference. My second complaint is the hot water. It was great for running the dishwasher, but harmful to humans. The hot water heater must be set to 2nd degree burn, and it goes from "I think it's getting warm" to burning hot quite quickly. My husband had the misfortune of bumping the temperature adjustment knob during his shower (miniscule movement) and got scalded before he could readjust it. If I had younger children, I would have drawn them a bath and forbade running any water. We warned our teens, and they didn't have any trouble. The alarm clock had one USB port, but it would have been nice to have more options to charge electronics. Wi-Fi was provided, but it was pretty spotty. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. All of my complaints are things that could be easily resolved.
It was well kept and clean. The couch and chairs were comfortable, the dining table was good sized (6 chairs!) and comfortable. The kitchen had a nice selection of equipment (blender, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots/pans large enough to feed a family...)I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a vent fan in the kitchen, but we didn't set off the smoke alarm. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit, and some soap was provided. I deeply appreciate not having to drag a bunch of dirty clothes home. The bathrooms were small but had everything needed. Both had storage underneath the vanity and in the medicine cabinet. There were 2 hall closets, and the main bedroom had 2 closets, a dresser, and bedside tables. The second bedroom had 2 twin beds, one closet, and one dresser. There were 3 TVs, which the kids loved. The fireplace was easy to use and created a nice ambiance. Both balconies were nice. The heating system worked well, just a bit noisy. The hot tubs were nice, and the rooftop area was clean and well maintained. The pull-out sofa was easy to use, and the linens provided were good quality. It had great water pressure! The view was stunning, especially if you enjoy watching the sun rise.

CanadaThe staff are all off site.. Meaning if there is a malfunction (which there was), it's a bit frustrating. Their printers were not working properly, so I had to help them trouble shoot for a parking permit. Their wifi password would not work at all, but I just opted to use wifi instead. The sofa bed is useless. Old spring mattresses and I slept on the floor instead of the sofa bed. If you don't love your kids or have friends who are late to committing to the stay, then the sofabed is their punishment.
The place was cute and was at a great location. It was exactly looking for our group. The Hot tub was great. However, one was out of order.

United States of AmericaA few cons: one hot tub was out of order and the other hot tub was locked during our stay, the pull out couch was dirty and there were no sheets for it, there is no elevator here and we had to climb up/down five flights of stairs with all our stuff - very tiring. The check in was done completely remote via Zoom which was interesting and upon check in, we received a call to make sure all was well which was nice. I would stay again for the price!
This place is very close to Stagecoach lodge. You could technically walk but it’s quite a steep hill. Unsure if there is a shuttle. It was clean and a great value. Fireplace was nice and the area is quiet.

United States of AmericaThe only downfall was that the A/C in our unit did not work. Which made the rooms incredibly hot during the day and did not get cold from the lack of air flow. If the A/C worked the trip would have been much more enjoyable. Outside of that only other downfall was that Ubers to the strip were around $30 each ride. Other than that I would actually recommend staying here.
The room we had was very spacious and cozy. The background view was beautiful. Parking was very easy to find. I usually got a spot right in front of my room, so that was a big plus.
