The bed spread had some stains, ( boot tracks? ) but I am not picky. If my wife had been there we might have left.

Smells like painting inside. Don’t book a room through booking.com is a scam it doesn’t shows pictures of the room you paying, it shows the nicest room available at the lower price and you think that you pay less for that room, so in that way they tricks you , when arriving at location you get a old cheap room that displays have a view to the ocean and is smelly and dirty, hopefully we meet management and told about this they decided to move us to another room the pane similar to what we booked!

Only one con: the small refrigerator. They need have a medium or full-size one.

We had a studio which had Oceanview. Room was laid out so nice, very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed except the small refrigerator, they need to have a medium or full size one. Bathroom was nice. Heather at the reception desk (she’s also the manager) is just superb. Friendly, helpful.

1. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. 2. Half of the blinds did not work, blocked most the view. 3. It was very loud - the neighbors yelled and screamed the entire time they were present.

No air conditioning, this could of been helped if a fan was provided in room. I could only get one of the two small windows open and there was no airflow. The mattress and pillows, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a pull out couch even though it a bed. It is one of the more affordable options in the area, but still a decent mattress should be expected.

The location, beach and promenade are pretty much right outside your door as well as promenade. Staff was responsive and very friendly.

We only had a few complaints, one is it was cold in the living space, but thankfully a lot warmer in the bedrooms as long as the door was closed. The last complaint is that you couldn't get through a shower without the water getting cold. It got cold fast! If that's the case it should have a bath so you can at least finish washing up before you're having to do it in cold water.

Loved the location. The place was beautiful, clean, super cute, and had everything we needed for our short trip.

The apartment was very small. We were a group of 4 and felt like we were on top of each other. Not sure how 6 people would work moving around.

Checking in was quick and easy. The man at the desk was friendly and gave us all the information we needed.
