We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Not a fan of places that knock & yell "housekeeping" @ least before 9 or so. I'll put out my Do not disturb" sign next visit but still would hear neighbors
cool place, lots of neat old west items, didn't eat there but was told it's very good,, convenient location, loved laundry facilities!

Tony the maintenance guy was very helpful. He loaned us his personal extension cord for my wife’s c-pap machine. He always seemed to be thorough either hold the door or elevator for us.

The bathroom was in very sad shape. The entire facility needed a great deal of renovation. Looks like the owner has not done any maintenance to the building in a very long time.
The staff was very pleasant to deal with. Check in was very quick.

The toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet. When I notified the house keeper and the front desk I was met with dismissive indifference. I’ll bet it is still that way today. They need to up their game, I don’t care if they are only in Tonopah, they need to consider the customer as guests not just suckers who need to sleep somewhere.
The restaurant was good. Good value. Good food. The whole staff was pleasant and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and clean.

I stayed there on my way to Reno and on my way back as well. Both times I rolled the dice at the register, which is their chance to win a room if triples are rollewd. I hit triple-fours on both occasions! I got free rooms both times! Everyone there was friendly and approachable.

Dust and dirt everywhere. The layout of this hotel makes getting to the rooms an obstacle course. Broken luggage trolleys. Feels creepy

The rooms do need some updating. The carpets seriously need to be replaced. The smoke you have to walk through to get to the reception desk and elevator..
Nicole at the reception desk was excellent. She actually called me ahead of check in to make sure our accommodations would meet our needs.

Would be nice to have an flyer sheet in the room with info on the property like restaurant hours and menu, casino and saloon info, etc.
Perfect location for an overnight stop on our drive from AZ to OR. Clean older property with a restaurant on-site.

The maintenance staff needs to be more thorough with upkeep of items like room plumbing. Some drains were not efficient and shower handles were loose. One room the valve was so loose it would not stay on desired water temperature. Maybe the cleaning staff needs to communicate items in need of attention better. I've had two stays recently and both stays had problems like this.
The TV in my room lost a fight with a previous tenant as it was damaged due to what looked like a fist. I called on it and was promptly given another room. Nice nostalgic hotel. Decor is really cool. The staff in general from the front desk to the restaurant were really nice, and the food was pretty good for the money.

1st stay the pet friendly room was great. This time faucet in tub broken & wouldn't turn off. Sink faucet dripped also. OLD side chair looked like original furnishings, bottom falling out. Tub surface marred or dirty?!
Our 2nd stay, love the old west feel. Lots of antiques to look at. Cafe is good, fun little casino. The bed was comfy.

Wasn't the cleanest room. The bathroom had previous hairs from someone shaving around the sink. The floor was a bit dirty in the bathroom. Definitely didn't want to take a black light to the place. Is a casino hotel, so pretty smokey when I was checking in.
I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to get a good night's sleep while driving. It worked. Was older and OK. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything other than the room smelled of smoking from the casino
Other than the bottom falling out of the arm chair and curtain needing some repair, the room was clean and functional
