The staff was wonderful! We had made a mistake on the booking; on arrival we found out that the booking was for April 2025! Lisa at the B&B and Booking quickly resolved the issue and found us a room for that night. Although it was not he one that we had originally booked, we were very grateful to have a room for that night! The property is bright, well kept and the location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious and Maria the Innkeeper, was very gracious and accommodating.

The rooms were immaculate, but the cleaning smell was a little too strong and I'm rather sensitive to chemicals.

I have only one small issue. The people who were staying above us on both nights were rather loud. There was a lot of what sounded like furniture moving and stomping back and forth. It ceased, but it did go on for a while. I don't know if that's an insulation issue? We could have said something, but I didn't want to seem rude.

Serena, the innkeeper. She is amazing -- attentive, welcoming, good natured, knowledgeable, and funny. She made the stay and I hope is well paid. She is outstanding. The inn is lovely, well appointed and very comfortable. We stayed in the suite and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The gas fireplace was great and well used. I loved the garden and being able to walk out into it made the stay special. We had two breakfasts that were delicious with fresh ingredients and well prepared. Serena was extremely accommodating regarding dietary needs. It is a top notch place and we loved it. Thank you.

An amazing bed & breakfast. Serena is a wonderful host. She welcomed us and showed us the whole venue, which consists of 3 buildings and terraces and gardens to sit and relax. We had the most fabulous, spacious room during our whole vacation. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Homemade French toast with cream, berries, bacon and fruit decoration. Perfectly located only a few minutes walk from cliff walk as well as the waterfront. Absolutely outstanding place which by far exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely nothing!

Town and Tide Inn made us feel like we were staying with family in their backyard cottage. Serena greeted us with a welcome smile and was absolutely delightful throughout out our stay. Breakfast in the morning was like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant. The rooms were cozy, incredibly clean and one of the best sleeps while on vacation. Town and Tide deserves 10 stars in our opinion. Can’t wait to go back!!

Ice machine in dining area not working well—light music playing in courtyard area(near my room) was supposed to be on a timer—-for the first three nights it did not shut off

The breakfast was great—-different items every day cooked to order. Very generous portions and GREAT fresh orange juice—location was excellent especially if your able to walk—-15 minute walk to 1st(Easton) beach—-20 minute walk to wharf area with many restaurants. Everyone checked out of the inn on Tuesday (after Labor Day) so we enjoyed the complete inn by ourselves—They also supplied beach chairs and beach towels-daily—all doors use electronic locks. So no keys—one code for all outside doors and a second code for your room

Lighting in the courtyard/garden area at night wasn’t operating and it was hard to see the step-ups on the walkway. I would also suggest placing a small trash receptacle in the bathroom and the sleeping/desk area. We only had one in the bathroom.

The primary thing that bothered us was that we were not personally greeted by anyone. Everything was done by text or messages. We had some questions and confusion initially, that could have been handled in a minute with a f2f greeting.

The suite (Room 10) was a fantastic place to spend the night. You could easily spend a week at this BnB! There was a full kitchen. The pull out sofa bed was very comfortable. The temperature control was separate for each room which was fantastic for sleeping! There was a small porch with the unit and a lovely garden/courtyard area. There was even a cute facility called The Shed for small intimate conversations. The location was perfect... easy to walk several places. Breakfast was fabulous. Serena was the perfect hostess!
