Two times when I went to take a shower in the AM the water wasn't hot and didn't appear to be getting hot, so I took a cool to tepid shower - which is not my choice when it's winter outside.

Breakfast was great! Bed was great -- I might call you to get the name brand of the mattress -- very comfortable!

Like the kitchen in suite. Breakfast had lots of variety and healthy choices.Room was clean comfortable though small and not much sound proofing from hallway guess. Bring foam ear plugs.

Wish the rooms were a little bigger. We had a dog with us and that made things feel a bit cramped. This isn't anything against the hotel. The room size are what they are and our stay was comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty decent. Small offerings of usual breakfast fair of eggs or some egg type dish. Plus we took advantage of the gluten free muffins.

the bed itself wasn't comfortable. I know beds are never your home beds.

The hotel is in a great spot. we took a walk in one direction for food, and then came back, got in the truck and drove down to the shops and the brewery. there's quote a few brewery around this area. pool was open , so that helped with the kid and the grandma. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast. many choices.

The breakfast and coffee were really disappointing.

The breakfast was disappointing. Re-heated prepackaged food. Got drier as the week progressed. Milk from the refrig was no good with a use by date of 2002? Who does that? Juice dispenser broke after 2nd day there. Coffee was not that good and hot water for tea wasn't hot enough.

There were no paper filters for the coffee maker... we bought supplies for fixing our breakfast and snacks (several days' stay), including our favorite coffee, but had to use paper towels for the included coffee maker. The only negative, and a small inconvenience.

Very nice staff, friendly & professional, and comfortable, clean room, very well thought out and designed. Though compact It had everything we needed, including a small but well appointed kitchen and a desk area that was very user friendly. All in all a very nice stay!

the hide a bed couch was horrible even after I was given a mattress topper (foam). my back was killing me both mornings. For the amount of money per night I would think they could afford to replace this mattresses once in awhile. it literally sank in the middle. horrible!!

We loved that it was a two room hotel with a kitchenette, yet still affordable. We are a family of five, with two teenagers and a baby, so we need the extra space. Getting two separate rooms can be too expensive, so this was perfect! Plus a pool and hot tub were great. And it definitely had the best continental breakfast out of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

I find there is always a slight smell to "pet-friendly" rooms and it gets to me almost every time. I'm not sure how to improve on this, especially since the room itself seemed clean. I called the hotel before booking to make sure there was room to park our RV and while we did find a place to park, it wasn't very RV friendly. If I were the hotel, I wouldn't advertise readily having RV parking available for your guests.

Location was good and was nice to be within walking distance of a grocery store and a few restaurants. Room was clean, but clearly a "pet-friendly" room. Staff was incredibly accommodating (and the main reason why I scored the hotel higher than I would normally). They were exceptionally accommodating with pets, at check-in and check-out, bringing a pack-and-play (with clean bedding) down for my infant and bringing a cot for my daughter. We LOVED having breakfast included in the price, plus they were accommodating with high chairs and a variety of breakfast options.

Very helpful staff. Great service during breakfast. Very helpful in helping with our use of the outside BBQ grille. The hotel is right across the street from the OSU campus. Busy during the day but very quiet in the evenings.

The only thing we thought was strange…there was no fan in the bathroom.

We were very happy with everything. And my hubby never likes the continental breakfast but this one totally impressed him.
