Booking.com and the hotel website need to have a statement telling customers that they must ring the hotel for the free airport shuttle to the hotel.

Faucet in bathroom dripped. Toilet paper holder broken away from wall on one side. Other guests extremely loud for 1/2 hour around 6 am. I was getting ready to leave so it wasn't as bad for me as it probably was for others trying to sleep.

Love the location and the staff. The shuttle driver was particularly helpful.

The pool was closed for “maintenance” all three days and that is the biggest reason that I chose that location in the first place.

Lack of closet, iron and ironing board. Noisy feel of area. Breakfast buffet did not overwhelm me and the coffee tasted weak.

Close to airport as I needed. Very clean and safe hotel. Loved the size of shower and bed quality. Nice kitchen area and TV + wifi worked well. Hotel provided ear plugs and white noise machine. I like that I could open the windows for fresh air.

The breakfast was horrible and the guy that drove us to the airport broke 2 of my suitcases right before my flight by slamming them on the ground as he took them off the van , then he picked up the wheesl and hands them to me and says OHH WELL. I called the front desk, and the manager only took $25 off my bill, but 2 broken suitcases cost me $150 to replace.

I loked that it was clean and the staff in the front desk were super nice.

Restaurant area at a bit of a distance, and not a nice walk…especially in the rain….needed a car. Paid parking if overnight. We ju dropped the car off at the airport and took the shuttle back after dinner.

EZ access to the airport. Decent food about a mile away. Comfortable room. Better than average hotel breakfast.

Coordinating the shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel was difficult.

Check in at the front desk was very good, we were greeted nicely after our long trip. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing close around, no restaurant, no grocery stores. close to airport but still wait at airport about 30min to be pick up at 11:20pm. The most plain breakfast we had during the whole US trip comparing with the similar or cheaper price hotels.

It is loud from outside noises. On a busy corner, with a heavily traveled bridge across the street.

Receptionist who didnt appear friendly - was looking annoyed being asked questions and appeared to be in a bad mood. No or less opportunity to hang stuff - hanging hooks or towel rail needed.

The sound insulation was terrible, our windows faced the road and we could hear everything, we didn’t sleep all night and woke up tired. Also, the space for a third adult was small and would have been more suitable for a child.

The sofa beds are not made up for a third person….we had to make it up ourselves. The bed itself slanted so my sister rolled to the edge a lot during the night. We also had to ask for additional towels…we had booked the room for three, but since we had to change several times, I understand that there were not enough towels in the room we ended up with. The air handling system is problematic. It runs off and on all night, and we alternated from hot to too cold. It was set at 65 when we entered, and when we turned it down to 72, the heat came on, in August.

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our first room was not cleaned or made up! They then assigned us to the handicapped room, where the bed is about 12” off the floor. When we requested a regular room, they were very helpful and took care of that. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The shuttle is one of the reasons we went to this hotel, and it was super.

Our bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked (the shower had hair on it in several places - not ours - it skeeved me out enough I didn’t shower). But it was only unclean in the shower, the rest of the place was spotless.

As you would expect from a Marriott hotel, it was a great stay.
