United States of AmericaI was on the list for the airport shuttle for 7 am, but they canceled the shuttle at the last minute and it cost me $70 Uber to get to the airport. I have selected this hotel because of their advertisement offering “free airport shuttle”. Also, they did not state that the airport shuttle service ends at 10 pm. I had to take Uber to the hotel the night before as well. I spent over hundred dollars on Uber. If they were upfront (10 pm last run and no guarantee of shuttle service), I would have selected other hotel closer to the airport. I do not recommend this hotel if you are arriving late and/or departing early in the morning.
There was no problem with the property. I was at the hotel literally 5 hours (overnight) due to my flight disruption.

United States of AmericaThis property is connected to another hotel. The signs are misleading. There is not a proper designated check-in area. Guests like us and others were walking to the entire other hotel since they are connected without signs for check-in. It was confusing. When we finally made it to the correct desk for check in, the staff member who checked us in was rude when I asked why the signs pointed to the wrong direction for the hotels. “ because they haven’t updated them yet that’s why.” Was her response
Good room. Love that there was a dishwasher in the suite. Very small bathroom but the water was hot and it stayed a very long time in the tub.

United States of AmericaThe trash cans were over flowing in the common areas. Not just a little; a lot!!!! Gross! Trash around parking lot. Not kept well. Pull out couch bed in bad shape. Not comfy. At all. Took over 5 hours to get bedding for it as it was not in the room as it said.
The breakfast was “there.” Grateful for what they had. Corona virus precautions are stupid all over this country but thanks for the efforts.

Costa RicaI tried contacting the hotel by message, email and phone to arrange airport shuttle pickup unsuccefully, hence I had to take an uber. I couldnt find the counter to check in in hotel easily, as they share with courtyard (next door). Once I got to them they couldnt find my booking for a while. Indications were basic, not a good customer service.
It was close to airport, bed and room was comfortable, I had shuttle bus on my way back to airport. Breakfast is fine.

United States of AmericaRoom was not clean Kitchen was not fully stocked for use Dirty utensils in drawer. No soap for dishwasher or sink in cooking area. Kitchen sink leaked into cabinet. Tv screen was very small. Only one kitchen towel on kitchen area that was used by maintenance to clean up standing water under sink. Left dirty towel in sink no replacement. Could not reach desk for help each of the three times I tried calling. Had to go to front desk for service. Luggage trolleys we’re in short supply. Never got one Was disappointed to be told on check in that I would have to pay a 100.00 non refundable fee for my small pet. No daily fee just the flat 100.00. Msgs hotel prior to arriving about bringing pet. Was not notified of this policy until I arrived. Would probably not stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe signage at the hotel was terrible. They had combined the lobby with that of the Courtyard Hotel but this was not reflected on the signs outside. So just locating the lobby became a unnecessary hassle. The refrigerator in the room froze the drinks I'd placed in the door solid, the coffee maker didn't work & there was no working fan vent in the bathroom. This is our second bad experience at a Towne place Suites & we'll never stay at one again.

United States of AmericaIt was a comedy of errors. Shonita was the only staff to check in a lot of people late. She called her manager for help but received none. She did her best and remained calm. We waited in line for up to 2 hours to check in! I'm surprised there was not a riot. Management should be ashamed!!! If I could hire Shonita I would. You should give her a big bonus for handling the situation as well as she did.
