We found boogers on the bathroom curtain. We asked for room to be cleaned, didn't happen. Had to get our linen.

It was good. But had to wait for a little bit for the sausage and biscuit sandwiches.

On our third night out of six nights of being there I paid every single morning. I even paid one time in advance the prior night for that following days stay. Because, on the second day from about 10 am up until 12ish they were knocking on my door about every ten minutes. Which made me think my account was infact negative, and that i either needed to make another payment to make my account to make it be in good standing or, I needed to check out. So, while being very sick with covid. Having the worst headache of my life. I pulled myself out of bed went all the way to my bank in 4° weather, to then rush back to make a payment to continue my stay there. The young man then said to me "ok well, your already payed up for today would u like to make a payment right now for tomorrows stay then". I said, OH WOW!!! You mean to tell me that y'all kept harassing me every ten minutes, from about two hours before check out up until check out. Now your telling me while being very sick that I'm still paid up, and I didn't really need to get out in the cold until technically tomorrow before noon? He just looked at me and said "so is that a yes, then you'd like to go ahead and make tomorrows payment then"? I was so livid, but to sick to change where I was staying so I made my payment all for everything to be ok up until that next day when they tried to say my payment which was approved while i was standing there in disbelief of the staffs behavior, and having absolutely zero empathy for how they were treating me. Every single time my debit card went through. I paid $120 cash deposit, and a $75 pet deposit non-refundable for my cat which was fine. But, I was in a non-smoking room my partner, and I did not smoke in that room. We left that room as we found it.

We did enjoy our stay we enjoyed our room they even upgraded us because people were being too loud above us for us to be able to get any sleep at a decent hour so they did accommodate that for us.

Remote for TV has multiple broken buttons. Room smelled strongly of mold. Door had at 1 inch gap at the bottom.

The breakfast could have been better. The trash was not emptied in a timely manner, was over flowing in the breakfast area. Was assigned a room already occupied, the desk clerk, Isaiah didn't realize it until after two attempts to use the room key card. He assigned me another room while I waited on the 3rd floor.

Very close to where we were playing at a tournament. Love the kitchenette area. Big refrigerator was a major plus.

It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. We went for a Dr's appt. It was close to the dr office. The rooms and the whole facility were clean. The breakfast was nice also. This will be our new place to stay when we go to wichita.

The fact that I had a “Do Not Knock” sign on my door and what sounded like a Mexican lady from housekeeping came to my room at 9am pounding on my door screaming HOUSEKEEPING. That really angered me🤬. I still had a couple of hours I could have slept. I called ahead the day of my arrival to see if I could check in early, I was told that I would have a room available at 1:30pm. I ran into several work zones and didn’t get there at 1:30, BUT still got there early, then I was told that my room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. (I didn’t say anything about calling ahead to have my room ready when I tried to check in) so I just went out to my car to wait… I didn’t have to wait long before I got a text saying that my room was ready…maybe 10 to 15 minutes. I also have to say that the sausage on the morning breakfast bar did not look fully cooked, I didn’t even try it because it didn’t look done🤢. I took a picture of it, because it didn’t look right. The ?couch? in the room was not comfortable at all. It had a long orange “something” on the arm that made it impossible to get comfortable and it seemed to be loose because it would rock back and forth on the arm. I didn’t want to put my arm on it, because I was afraid that it was going to break. I don’t know….all together this hotel imo was way below par imo.

The front desk personnel were very nice and answered my questions politely and professionally. That was really the ONLY thing I appreciated about the stay.

The property was not as appeared on website photos. Rooms were small. The furniture had stains. The walls did not absorb the neighboring room's occupant's movements and voices were easily heard and kept my husband awake.

Staff was rude and didn't listen well. Had reservation for family who came.down with covid. Canceled reservation buy was charged anyway Manager stated people have emergencies so what we have to charge anyway. Did not provide GM info as requested had to call back the next day to obtain from a diff staff member. Imagine if person with Covid came in and caused their staff to get.sick how much money they would've lost. We did the responsible thing by making them aware of why cancelation was needed saving them money. Imagine how nice it would've been for them to consider my family member..and we had 4 other rooms booked that were paid stays. Won't stay here again. There were other issues but.this.was the main issue.
