There were no chairs in the room, shower was very small, no coffee in the room and no fresh coffee in the office at 8am when we checked. It was cold coffee from the day before.

The rooms were quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and stocked

I booked the room half a year in advance. At the time, there should have been several rooms available, including a clean and nice room. However, as we arrived in the evening around 7 o'clock, only the last available room was there, which by far exceeded our expectations. After a short conversation with the motel employee, we then got two better rooms (which were also not quite suitable for us). The breakfast was very marginal.

Nothing. Manager needs to learn the laws!!! He wanted to see identification for my husbands service dog! When I informed him there is no such thing and if ppl are showing one it’s a fake ordered offline because a legal service dog has no “identification “. He then charged my card pet fee of $20!!!! I will be filing a complaint with an attorney against this hotel for violating ADA laws!! I never have had such trouble. He wanted to meet the dog which was fine. But then still treated us rudely.

We booked this because brother was having surgery next day. However, the heater was not working properly and never got above 50 * We froze all night. I did tell the clerk and she was going to send someone to check, but never did. Because Bro had to take a shower before, I didn't want him to come out to a cold room, so I did ask for a portable heater and got one, so finally got a little warmer. Because we had to leave early, was not able to get breakfast because it is not served unit 8 and we were already gone, and when I came back later, it was already packed up. Did not get an apology or discount.

There were times that the traffic on the main road was a bit heavy.

They were very accommodating. I was not sure how long I would be staying, but they welcomed my family and we just booked day by day.

The fact the room was: dirty, the uncomfortable beds, moldy shower, gaps around entry door, peeling paint, wood sliver found between sheets in one bed, towels for one person instead of three & etc. Husband had to fix toilet so it flushed.

No smoke detectors-that had to be a code violation everywhere. No breakfast-they do not even have a space for food Tv didn't work Rooms were filthy..unknown crusty stains on the rugs. I have pictures! I expect more from Booking.com
