After a certain time parking was very hard to get, then again there was a huge uhaul taking up 4 spots...

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the front desk clerks were very good.

A shuttle to the parks would be a huge plus!!!

The curtains were covered in a thick layer of dust and it irritated my allergies the whole stay

The pool was amazing as was the hot tub! The beds were comfy and the pillows had soft and firm choices!!

A staff member said I was smoking in my balcony and I wasn’t and when I went to the front desk to ask to speak with this person to confirm these accusations I didn’t even get that chance other Then that everything was awesome

Carpets are stained and tub wall needed a good scrub.

The pool and hot tub were nice but the patio is all broken up and hurts your feet.

We had a non-smoking room and the moment we started down our hallway upon our arrival you were hit by the smell of someone smoking pot. We could smell this in our room also, so we opened the door to the balcony to let some fresh air in by the end of the week the smell was gone, I guess those guest had checked out. But, I would recommend the hotel making it a smoke free hotel because having a smoking room close to non-smoking rooms does affect those air in the surrounding rooms. Also, the cleaning crews during the week were great, but the weekend crew seemed to not finish the job. We came back from being out all day Saturday and one bed was made up with the exception of the pillows being straightened, the other bed had not been touched, some of the towels had been restocked, the toilet paper had not been restocked. So it was like they did not complete the job before moving on to the next room.

We were in town for a High School fishing tournament and the location was not too far from the lake, but convenient to all the restaurants and some entertainment for the kids after the tournament. We had a room in building 2 that faced the pool and the view was awesome at night because of the view of Old Town and you could also see the fireworks from the parks too.

Quick overnight trip, so we didn't use much in the way of pool and such. I really can't say that we found anything that we disliked.

Breakfast was excellent and surprising. Full selection of favorite breakfast items to choose from and definitely more delicious than something from a drive thru.

Rugs could use a little TLC like shampoo the carpets a little more.

The room was a little dirty. The floor had stains, the curtains had brown stains, the faucet almost came out when i went to pull the handle for the shower.

The staff was super friendly and very committed. They were very attentive to all needs and respectful. I can’t remember everyone’s name but it was 2 ladies and a gentleman.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and our had an excellent view and location was definitely on point!!! And I definitely stay here anytime I'm vacationing in the area! Would be nice to get promotional prices if they were available 😀

The back entrance should have a camera and a way to speak to someone. The key cards automatic shut off at 11AM so we couldn't get in the back door even though we were trying to move luggage out. There are rooms that start at 1000 and some that start at 2000 but that was never explained at the desk so we went up the wrong elevator and tried to get into a room that wasn't ours. I wish that there was a light in the bathroom without a fan. The AC was wonky.

Breakfast was impressive. The workout room being 24/7 was nice.
