I know they were under construction our room wasn't remodeled yet but the bed was very uncomfortable and not very clean at all

Disappointed with the hotel in general. They should have let us know that a major renovation effort was underway. All of the room doors at front of the hotel were removed awaiting painting and we at first thought the facility had been shut down! The room we got at the back of the hotel was dismal, outlet for the refrigerator was not functioning ( we moved the cord and got it up and running). The main light fixture from the entry door was not working, furniture was in bad condition and a dead spider was on a pillow. Shower was dirty, we didn't use it. We were told that once the exterior re-paint was done, the rooms would be re-furbished. Yeah, well that didn't help us!

Excellent location directly across from the Cherokee casino. A great restaurant next to the hotel, best food we had on the trip. And, the price was great, for good reason, see "not likes" below.

The room was a little run down. When my Wife and I showered hot water ran out before we could even rinse the shampoo. After calling front office, they said it will work, and keep trying it. Also they would not discount for that which was a little disappointing.

We had a pet friendly room. The arms of the couch were both chewed up and no repairs attempted. The doors had been scratched like someone left their dog unattended. This is more of a reflection on the dog owner. I would never do this to my dog. I’m just sad they did not try to make repairs before making the room available again.

The walls were not even painted. Drawers were broken,dingy and dark bathroom. If I hadn’t had my dog, I would have left. They wouldn’t let me haves extra bath towel, until I turned in a wet dirty one.

The room was dirty. The air conditioner didn't keep the room comfortable. When I tried to call the front desk the phone didn't work. So I went up there and the lady at front desk said there wasn't any thing they could do for us. Basically to bad so sad. We will never again go back to that hotel.even if it's the only place to stay.

The room had bugs in it. The sheets are dirty.There were cigarette burns on top blanket.Bath tub is dirty the door had finger prints on it. The lamp shades are cracked.Only enough towels for two people.The floor was not vacuumed,the floor was crunchy!!!!!

There is not a breakfast due to Covid they never brought it back.

There is no elevator for those that have trouble with stairs. We asked for a room downstairs explaining we were disabled individuals. The bed they chose to give us was like sleeping on concrete. We are both extremely arthritic and could not sleep or hardly move when morning came. Something had changed before we checked but because we had booked with booking.com the desk clerk was unwilling to change our reservation and only charge us for the one night. So flexibility is not available at this location if booked through a booking site. We have booked at several locations with booking.com and have NEVER come across this situation. We also found a ball cap behind the dresser which means the maid does not do a thorough job cleaning, disappointing and disgusting.

Liked the location and it was within walking distance from a great diner that caters to truckers (4 Star Diner). The food was great and plentiful. If you like to gamble it is close to a casino as well. Not a far drive from other eateries and markets.

The bathroom ceiling in 107 needs a really and I mean really good cleaning, and room 132 deadbolt needs fixed. besides that I really enjoyed my stay.
