This requires some thought. The gardens are so lush and beautiful but there were bags of mulch that were in the flower beds during our stay. Perhaps the work is scheduled to be completed. I think the curbs in the parking spaces are a tripping hazard and could be removed to make it safer.

The room was spacious and had two separate bathrooms which was very convenient and made getting ready in the morning stress-free! The King bed was extremely comfortable (mattress, sheets, and pillows). The two AC units worked perfectly and the remotes made temperature adjustments a snap. The Keurig was nice to have. Being able to do a load of laundry free of charge (including detergent) was a major bonus. Beverly was so pleasant and friendly each and every day! She treated us like family. We loved being able to pet Sassy, her faithful furry companion.

Location.Close to the beach & Braves Spring training games. Park across the street was nice. Bicycles on the premises to ride. Management very helpful & sweet.

Lovely tropical oasis in the heart of Venice. Close to beach, downtown, restaurants. Clean and comfortable with many amenities! Staff very accommodating.

The villa is roomy but really needs to be updated. However this did not spoil our stay as we were only there for five days.

The location was perfect for our visit. The area was delightful. Great access to the beach and the main shopping area. Both within walking distance. The pool was lovely. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We had pool access from our villa and this was great.

A room darkening shade on the door to block the porch light would have helped at night.

The location was great. We were able to walk to the beach and into the main part of Venice for shopping and restaurants. The area was quiet and the guests and locals were very nice.

The only complaint was when a family with kids in the pool. They were loud, screaming, yelling and jumping in from the side. Our villa ( like almost all of them) was next to the pool. It felt like they were inside our villa and it was impossible to even hear the tv. Thank goodness they were there only one night. Hopefully next time we can get a villa away from the pool. It seemed like most of the other guests were older like us.

The villa was comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. We liked that it was tucked away from the main streets, but still easy to walk to town. Mostly while in the villa it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We would have liked a television in the bedroom. We like to relax in bed before sleeping.

The location was great. Only minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast is not included or available. The room had everything you could need to go to the beach, chairs, towels, shark teeth rakes, umbrella. The pool was clean the washer and dryer are a great free convenience. The landscaping was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet.

There was nothing not to like. I plan on coming back next year and hopefully I can get the same Villa.

It was very clean and comfortable. You felt like you were at home. My Villa had a private patio with all kinds of seatings and an awesome gas grill. We put it all to great use. I loved getting up early and having a private place to sit outside and watch the world wake up.

There was no breakfast because it had a kitchen. Everything was perfect. It was clean they were cooking utensils. It couldn’t have been better.

Nothing! Oh yes, the fact we couldn’t stay longer!

Everything! Excellent facilities in a very quiet and peaceful location. Large one bed villa with everything you could possibly need. Air con worked great. A very short drive to local shops and the beach (too far for is to walk). This was the final stop of our 3 week vacation so the use of a washing machine was so handy! Pool was lovely and refreshing after a day out.

Fantastically simple villas with a lot of bang for your buck…if you’re looking for quiet retreat with kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and shark teeth scoops, then you’ve found the right place to stay..best part is the awesome air conditioners🤩

TV/Roku apps were a little wonky at times, with shows quitting in the middle sporadically. All good other than that.

checkout is a little early at ten Would prefer staff to be there more . We had a partial power cut in our room late at night and were unable to contact anyone as no one on site. Our phone does not work in the US.
