Just some negatives. It’s a cheaper motel granted so wasn’t expecting the works. Lot of oilfield workers, which if you’re one or around them then it’s no big deal just letting the rest of the world know haha. The room needed a deep clean, stains on walls and such. But nothing new, could use a deep clean and some new towels.

Can’t beat the price. I was just doing a stay to catch a flight the next morning so price was everything. The front desk girl was super friendly. Overall it was quite enough and the bed was decent. Big ole tv and hot water.

The room was not throughly clean. A lot of stains and towels looked used. Mattress was very old and dirty. Things were broke in room. How about some breakfast? Coffee not always available.

The girl in the front is amazing!! Very nice!!! The man the next morning wasn’t as friendly but oh well. Everyone has bad days. The girl needs a raise!!!!

The towels was stained and yellow. I even found a hairs on them, the tv and hair dryer did not work. Other than that everything else was pleasant. The girl that checked us in and out was very sweet and friendly.

The room was filthy, the nightstand was damaged with sharp pieces of metal jutting out 3-4 inches in two different places. By filthy, I mean weird orange stuff covering most of the bathroom's door jamb. I thought maybe it was a stain but it wiped away easily with a wet washcloth. So it clearly had not been touched. Even worse, one side of the shampoo packet had disgusting brown stuff on it and what looked like a pubic hair. It was on the bottom of the packet and when I picked it up I felt wetness and turned it over to see that. I nearly vomited. This was in the morning or I would've left immediately. Worst hotel experience ever.

I liked very little about this property and would have demanded an immediate refund if I hadn't been so tired.

This place is horrible do not stay. The staff is very rude and not knowledgeable. The place smelled horrible. Bugs in the microwave. Roaches on the bed. Mold on the shower curtains. Microwave does not work. Phone does not work. No hair dryer. No iron or ironing board. The lady at the front desk was trying to upcharge for everything and had knowledge like a box of rocks. This place is horrendous. The heath department really needs to come in and demolish this place. DONT STAY!

Most everything. I’m keenly aware of what to expect from budget hotels and had appropriate expectations set before arrival. I also frequently stay in the area traveling from Arizona to Dallas. The room had no air on prior to arrival so it took 3 hours to cool down, the fridge was hotter than the room, the filth on the doors/walls/light switches/etc was beyond acceptable even for a budget motel. We paid $20 for my dog to stay which was not a problem and $20 for a late checkout also not a problem. The way we were treated however; was a problem. Late checkout was $20, we verified the cost the night prior; in the morning the gentleman said $25. I was followed while walking my dog by 2 men who worked at the property (11:15am) all the way to my room and then asked if I was checking out. 12:15pm (after paying late check out) my husband was taking our luggage to the car, the woman who works there was standing AT OUR CAR asking if we were checking out. I can tell their typical clientele is a little rough around the edges, but they definitely lost our return business by treating us accordingly. Pay the extra $10 and stay somewhere else.

Creep guy believe was staff almost walk into room and could feel when washing sheet in washer room from my room and kind dusky. The current was ripped and air conditioner was miss a filter. Houseskeeping was quite loud. Also who ever did thier bathroom does know how seal a shower.

Big bed and good wifi. Good size room. Right next to state police. Some what new about ada with service animals. Was quite during the night.
