Check in, sales pitch for timeshare, room keys were constantly de activating. Being off site was not practical as I had to go back 3 times to get my cards to work. Not enough parking. No coffee or vending machine at the building or area. Could have more umbrellas.. snack vending machine was empty.

Pool was accessible and good. Room was fine and had all the appliances needed. Place was very clean. Pool was warm and clean.

I HATE their internet. Always disconecting my laptop and blocking me by a stupid monitoring program. Was a true pain in the ass to work from there. Horrible for this i gave minus 100 stars if posible And the freezing cold from inside building. Are cray with cold..it was like winter inside....

I like the staff and sorroundings. Very clean and well maintained. Lot of greenery.

1) The wi-fi speed was horrible; less than one Mbps most of the time. 2) The unit had cockroaches. In the middle of the night when you turn on the lights, you are likely to notice them; not too many & not big ones. I am reporting this so that management/maintenance would be aware of the issue and take necessary steps to treat/fumigate the units (502 A & B) and check other units too, so they can eradicate the issue. Hopefully, this problem is not widespread. 3) When/if you return to the property at night, you WILL have a hard time finding a parking spot. One night, we returned after 23:30, we and 4 other guests were circling for over 20 minutes, trying to find parking spaces, while the property has 20 to 25 parking spaces marked 'STAFF'. only 3 or 4 of those 'STAFF' parking spots had pick-up trucks using them. So in the end, we and the other 4 guests elected to park our cars in 'STAFF' parking spaces until the morning.

We like the location, we like Weston, as a matter of fact we stayed at Vacation Village At Weston before; this time we stayed at Vacation Village At Bonaventure. I think they are one & the same business, under one management, but operated under different names, most likely for tax purposes. The properties are very well taken care of. If/when you book a stay at these properties, at check-in try to get an A unit (i.e. 705-A instead of 705-B); the A-units are bigger, nicer and have a jacuzzi.

The room wasn't as clean as I expected. There was long black hair in the shower. The chest of drawers in the bedroom was completely broken. All the drawers kept falling off their track.

Location is excellent. Room is spacious and well lit. Check-in people were friendly and helpful

It’s outdated. It’s needs updated accommodations. You feel Iike you’re at a senior citizens center in 1989.

The location. It was near our friends, shopping and dining which is everywhere in FL. The cost was decent considering where we were and the time of year.

You are actually renting a good sized condo. We appreciate the full kitchen, large living/dining room area, separate WC, HUGE shower. Laundry facilities just down the hall. We’ve never had a problem with noise other than people talking loudly in the parking lot. The units themselves seem to be pretty sound proof.

It was clean but I'm assuming it was the housekeeper black long curly hairs found all over the place, in different areas and even on the bed sheets. It wasn't a pleasant site to see.
