Frankly speaking my entire room could've used a face-lift. It was like something that was poorly put together at a rummage sale. I stayed at other and this was totally disappointing to me.

I left before breakfast so really I can't answer that question.

I was disappointed in the room. The biggest frustration was that there were ROACHES! There were three that I had to kill and it made my stay really uncomfortable!

The location was amazing! Everything I needed was within a mile radius.

That its not up to great standards as I hope it would have been. I did spot a roach in my room. And I asked for more clean comforter and sheets and towels etc. And they never brought it up. And I simply requested a 2 beds room before arrival and they gave me a 1 bed instead. And a 2 bed is what I reserved.

That its close by stores that are important to go to purchase dependable items.

The bathroom door wouldn't close completely. No came to clean the room for my entire stay, which was 8 days.

I know that they are short staffed, so at times there was no one at the front desk during office hours and you would have to call to get some assistance. I also didn't like that the bath tub in our room continuously ran with water. It seemed to be a bit sketchy. I was there with my two children and I really didn't feel safe.

The place is rundown. Having full size refrigerator was nice but it was all rusted. The hallway carpeting was filthy.

The bed was uncomfortable (we didn't even get under the sheets or blanket), the water would only go to warm on the nozzle in the shower and there was remnants of facial hair in the tub and on the sink in the bathroom. Even for that price I would have at least expected a small coffee maker in the room.

I didnt like the fact the elevator service certificate was out of date. The bathroom door if fully closed would lock you in. The heater made a constant buzzing noise so we unplugged it.

The room must be under renovation. The refrigerator had rust that completely covered the front of it. The toilet had no lid, and there were small roaches in the room. The bathroom tub was not clean or just need to be replaced. The toilet for the first night ran all night until I figured out the cause which was the handle, you must position it just right. I understand that the extended stays won't be perfect and I believe they are working to improve this facility.

I ARRIVED, PAID, WENT TO THE ROOM AND IMAGINE MY DISMAY WALKING INTO A ROOM WITH NO SHEETS, BLANKETS, CURTAINS ETC. I MADE THE RESERVATION ON LINE, SAW THEPICS AND THEY CERTAINLY WERE PROPERLY OUTFITTED. I WALKED OUT, PUT MY THIGS IN MY CAR AND DROVE UP THE STREET AND STAYED AT A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!! MORE MONEY BUT I HAD SHEETS, CURTAINS AND IT WAS IMMACULATE. THE TOLDME THEY HEAR HORROR STORIES ABOUT WOODSPRING SUITES. MY WIFE CALLED AND SENT THEM A MESSAGE AND THEY DID CALL HER RIGHT AWAY. THEY SAID IT WAS A MIXUP. WTF - MIXUP. IDIOTS. I ASKED FOR A REFUND GIVEN HE WAS IN THE ROOM 2 MINUITES. I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE IT REFLECTED ON OUR STATEMENT. NIASHA (SPELLING?) WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND APOLOGETIC .

The room had a rusty refrigerator. It as so nasty. Roaches were everywhere. Bed covers were not fresh. Just terrible!

The pillows were as thin as paper and so were the walls. You could hear everything. I had to bang on the wall at 2am since somebody was rocking their bed consistently. Our bed was hard and it smelled liked w**d from the time we walked in all the way to our room. Plus there were NO towels or rags in the room.

The lady at the front desk was nice and the room was clean. Just needed a place to stay to catch a 430 flight and this location was convenient.
