Dirty and the hallway smell like cigarettes and also rooms smell like cigarettes. And also a lot of people hanging outside make me unsafe

I drove 6hrs from California to Phoenix Arizona an The hotels location is good staff very nice. But the elevator was nasty with trash wall very dirty hallway was dark small an low sillings. Omg the first room was small bed was lumpy with bad bumps tv was dark blinds was very hard to close. The second room was ok but had roaches I have the videos went ro tell the staff but the window was closed I would never stay her again until it's renovated..

Your serviced, they said you overbooked ot

It was terrible experience! I will never use booking.com ever again, they said you guys overbooked them, i was really tired from driving then they saod they are sold outbecaise you overbooked it!

The fire alarm went off twice while we were there. The lady said it was a false alarm, and everything was okay. It went off again. I smelt smoke, too. So I decided to get my kids and leave. So I didn't get much sleep due to that. Also the room wasn't clean it was dirty. There was no one at the front desk to tell. They didn't give me a number to call the front desk as well. The shower leaked too after using it and then stopped. My son couldn't even use the TV remote to watch TV because it wasn't programmed to the TV. The lady at the front desk said that only the maintenance guy could do it.

Not much to say. Except the lady made sure a room was ready for my children and I. It was dirty though

How they treat loyal customers and being harassed through the whole stay and being pushed out at 11am before check that was at 1pm refusing to see a loyal customer for payment to the point of being stressed out rather than enjoying the stay because of on line payment forgetting to send confirmation of payment online right away and that getting refused cash payment and forcing late fees because having to walk all the way to put money on card just because property said no cash payment after seeing another customer pay in cash

Maybe wipe down the wall once in a while. The elevator could really use a cleaning.

The rooms are small & cozy. Surprisingly this place replaces the shower curtains. For what you pay, you can't expect the cleanest of rooms but I just had to mention the new shower curtain.

The employee that you had on the front desk that morning around 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. took my wallet with $400 in it and refuse to give it back and denied ever seeing it in the first place after I took it out gave her my ID to pay for another day she told me I couldn't use my cash app on my phone to pay for the room which I had used the previous night to pay for turn on my phone, I then left my wallet on the the counter accidentally said that only the manager can access the cameras I realized I left it on the counter just seconds after going out the front door when I came back the wallet was gone and she denied any and all involvement in see orientation the wall in the first place. That was $400, if I get some cooperation and some free compensation of the $400 that was stolen, I would like to speak to the manager of the establishment and watch the cameras, and if I cannot do that I would like to talk to corporate as soon as humanly possible. I have been insanely busy with work lately, I was evicted from my place of stay because that $400 was the other half of what I owed to my landlord for this last month. I sincerely hope that we can work this out without either involving the police or the authorities in some way. I hope to get 100% of your cooperation. The fact that people lived there and was hanging out at the front door. I office was closed and you had to call a number to let them know you were there to check in and out.

There was not staff to greet you. I had to call a number for someone to come to the front desk. The room was dirty, the floor was not mopped or cleaned. The hallway carpet was stained and filthy. I refused to get in the shower with my bare feet and wore slippers in the shower and placed the towels on the floor. I will tell everyone I know never to stay at this hotel or any extended stay America. I would rate it below zero!

The only possible thing that made me feel safe was that there was a lock on the door. The hallway had the smell of marijuana. It was 11pm when I arrived and too late to find another hotel.

Laundry room needs to be cleaned. Trash bins around inside and out need to be empty more often.

My southwest flight was canceled but my credit card was charged. I called the front desk to inform them of my canceled flight only to be told, sorry for your misfortune but you credit card will be charged $101.30 for missing you reservation

online through booking it says checkin time was at 9am. my ubet drops me off right before 9am to find out the website is wrong and check in was at 3pm. i felt i was treated rudely because i wanted a discount seeing as i choose this hotel and paid more because it stated i could check in as early as 9am. and had to uber around town spending more money cause there was no where for me to stay until a room was ready. When you turn on bathroom light thr vent was so loud and could not be turned off, unless the light was off. the beds are super uncomfortable. bathroom floor was dirty.
