Overall I had a good stay. This property is beginning to show its age. The shower curtain rod sags. Tile by the vanity sink felt like it was about to come up. (made crunch noise when stepping)

The staff that I met were all very friendly and professional. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Though there was no laundry bag, and the sole on the iron in my room was broken. I did not use any of the amenities, but they all looked clean and properly looked after.

There were minimal things that I felt we needed. There is only one end table in the bedrooms which was inconvenient and there was only a mirror in the bathroom. When you are 4 people in a room and half can sleep in it is hard to get ready in the living area with no mirror. The pots provided were scratched, dirty and had black stuff stuck on it. We couldn't use them. I had to go purchase a small frying pan.

Great location. My son attends a program at the University, while he is doing his thing, me daughters and I are able to relax in our room or find fun things to do within 10 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was decent... we enjoyed it the year before better. Since we had a kitchen I was able to supplement with our food when needed. Rooms were clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

The furnishings are a bit out of date. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated.

The room we stayed in looked clean, but because there were pets in the room before (cats), I had a very bad allergic reaction. They should keep some rooms pet-free, alert people that there were pets, or do a better job cleaning after them. I was sneezing for two days.

I had an issue with being charged twice. There needs to be a better way to ensure this doesn’t happen. Maybe when guest check-in there is a way to see how the room is booked. Or ask the guest if they booked through a 3rd party and paid in full already.

I like that breakfast is part of the stay for the entire stay. The pool was well kept. The staff was really nice and accommodating.

We arrived an hour early and was told our room wasn't ready so we left and came back at 3:15 to be told our room still wasn't ready and he had no idea when our room would be available. When we questioned why there were no cars in the parking lot he then offered us another room. Why weren't we offered another room the first time? We think check in was terrible. After driving 4 hours to get there the man could have been more helpful and accommodating. No fresh coffee or water in the lobby except for breakfast which ended too early at 9am.

The room was very nice size. Had a kitchen. Very clean and bed was big and cozy. Bathroom was large and clean. Nice lobby and good breakfast. Great location.

The breakfast was perhaps a little lackluster compared to some other hotel breakfasts, but nothing overly disappointing. There also isn't any room service and the mini store they have doesn't have too much of a selection, but still, nothing overly disappointing whatsoever.

We were very pleased with both the size and cleanliness of the room. We felt that the room was well worth the price, and all of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant. They were also accommodating to both our check-in and check-out time.

The ceiling fan needed a good dusting so I didnt use it That is my onky complaint and minimal. Everything else was great.

Do NOT allow smoking in the gazebo outside, adjacent to the outdoor breakfast seating area. Smoke does drift with the breeze, and people may light up in the non-smoking area and then walk over to the smoking area. If I was not an early riser, the sounds of cars locking and unlocking, and diesel vehicles revving and idling would have awoken me. There was animal fur on the floor of the luggage cart (but none in the room, phew!).

Front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. The room was very clean. There were two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen/living room. There was a fan in the bedroom, which I used instead of the A/C as it was cool that evening. The bathroom had a fan. The layout was very functional. The room was well-appointed. There was even a variety of fluffiness to the multiple pillows. I was placed in a room away from the elevator, as requested when the reservation was made. No rooms allowed smoking, so it was only the hallways that had faint remnants of smoke from people entering the building after smoking outside. The toiletrees provided smelled good. :) Located near BU, which has hiking trails in a nature preserve (see photo below).

Someone is going to slip and fall on the very slippery shower floor. Need to have bathmats in the rooms. Missed having staff empty trash and ask if we needed fresh towels. I'm sure we could have gotten someone to do those things, but it wasn't clear how we would do that. Closet door was inoperable -- finally left it open.

It's a great location for our annual Memorial Day family gathering. Front desk very helpful when we needed a bathmat. Breakfast personnel were very friendly. We enjoyed using the breakfast area in the afternoon to get together with family, have our own wine tasting, and do crafts and play games. (We asked first if we could have wine there and always cleaned up after ourselves.)

I was charged for an extra night I did not stay. I was told I could not be accommodated so I didn’t come a day early. When I arrived I was told I was charged as a no show. I explained the situation and showed the email where I was told I could not be accommodated but they would not refund me the money I was charged for that extra night that I wasn’t even there for.

My son loved the pool. The bed and pillows were super comfy! The room was a good size. Nice shower.
