Great location and value. The teens enjoyed the games by the pool during the day. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath unit was perfect for our stay.

The service of the night personal was really negative. The woman attending at the morning was great!

Excellent location, with a pool and a gym . Also the space in the apartment was great, with everything that you need, and you have a Wallgreen market at a few blocks walking distance.

Each time we've stayed here there's always an issue with an 'appliance'. This time it was the ice maker and water dispenser and there were no ceiling fans, last time it was the lights. Also, the floor has been dirty every stay. You can't walk around in socks or bare feet.

A great location close to most of the theme parks and attractions. There's a grocery store and several great restaurants within walking distance. We've stayed here 3 times in 3 different apartments and will probably be back again.

Laundry and cleaning service should be included in price for stays over a week long. Better kitchen equipment needs to be provided and mattress on main bed needs to be a good standard..

Self catering. Kitchen was poorly equipped with cooking utensils eg. No measuring jug, whisk, cheese grater etc. We stayed 14 days and told if we wanted clean sheets we would have to wash them ourselves. Staff were give star all day long. Accommodation was extremely spacious and basic. Furnishings were tired and begin to be shabby. Would have loved to say five star but it was more a three star. Good provided by the bar was of expected standard. Would probably go to a resort hotel next time as vista cay is a distance from Disney which means you need to drive and car parking is extortionate. Public transport to far to walk for elderly, disabled and very young.

The pool was terribly overcrowded the last day the last day we were thereEvery chair was taken, waited in line for a drink, the pool was packed with people (but no line for the bathroom 🤔) it felt like an overcrowded Spring Break destination.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was the perfect size for our family. The pool offered a full bar and the location was great.

Needed a little upkeep - little things didn’t work or were in need of repair - like blinds, overhead fan, some burnt out bulbs, sliding glass door. Things just seemed a bit dated and well worn.

Townhouse was very spacious. Close to OCCC. Pool was a good size.

front desk staff was not the nicest. the AC in our unit was out the entire stay. they fixed it the morning we were leaving . i should get some money refunded

My family and I stay at Vista Cay atleast once a year. Facilities are very nice and clean always a comfortable stay. I love the decor nice modern and up to date.

This place is beautiful! A full apartment that is spacious, clean and quiet. Access to the pool and walking paths. We were in Orlando for an event at the Convention Center. I am not sure I would have enjoyed the walk everyday, as it is along a big, major street, but with the rental car it was very easy to get to and from the event. There aren't too many restaurants near by, but there is a grocery store right next door which made it really comfortable and easy to get what we needed for breakfast and snacks. It would have been nice to have coffee filters for the coffee maker (we left a package behind for the next guests) and a few more utensils in the kitchen, but overall, it was a terrific place to stay.

That the ice machine was broken

A few issues with the room but over all it was great. We got ther B4 check in but they let us enjoy the pool while the room was getting ready. We were treated with smiles and open arms Really enjoyed Adams zest while tending bar we will recommend it to friends and family

We chose the Vista Cay for a variety of reasons. The two microwaves in our room did not work. The phones, which we were told had complementary phone calls, did not work. It was a bit of a hike to the fitness room, so we did not use it

It was a nice walk to the OCCC where our conference was. The pool was nice.

Condo door locked us out the minute after our check out time making our bags inaccessible. maintenance had to come and unlock the door which was frustrating.

Excellent location for Disney World and Universal Studios. Large clean accommodation. Well equipped and felt like home away from home. You are left alone which is good.

The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The on site repairman tried to fix it but they had to order parts. We were told to buy ice and they would reimburse us. The dryer took forever to dry any towels or clothes. Wish we could have set the AC a little cooler.

Close to all the theme parks. The room was large with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Large kitchen with all the dishes you needed. Brought us an ice maker after one day when the one in the refrigerator was not working.

Unit needed some refurbishment. We travel with a dog, so I expect a pet friendly unit to have a stain or two, but our carpets were well past their prime. Kitchen utensils were lacking IMO; No pasta pot or baking sheet. Some light bulbs were out in the unit.

Location was very close to Universal with easy access. Grocery and restaurants close by. Gated access (although we witnessed cars piggybacking without entering the gate code).
