Felt a little shabby and in need of an upgrade. We booked two rooms and after we had already gone into one of the rooms the manager mentioned that they had two adjoining rooms he could have put us in. That would have been nice to know at check in.

I didnt encounter questionable guests. Everyone was respectable . the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were professional and the hotel was at the right place at the right time. though i like to try new places to stay i may stay here again

First thing the parking lot was a dead end very hard to get my pick up turned around.also just alot of people just hanging around unknown why. Had my dog hotel advertised dog area, no no dog area . actually had to cross the Major ave to a credit union that had some grass. A lot of people are living at the hotel which is fine but if you're going to be giving them a place to live for more than a couple of nights,you should be getting the appliances that they can use.

bleach smell was bad till I turned on the air.

Clean, very friendly manager. Room smelled like bleach but once I turned on the air it dissipated. Tired hotel but worked out for me. Price was right for a softball tournament as I only needed it to sleep.

When checking in I was told about the $100 fee for damage deposit. It was not mentioned prior to check in. Was told if done on a card, it would take 7 to 10 business days to get back. This can cause financial hardship for many people. Knowing ahead of time would have been helpful. When asked if the money could go toward the room fee, I was told no. However, I was informed if I was to pay cash, I could get the money back at check out. Due to previous hotel/motel experiences, I am aware the card information is kept in case there is a need to charge for damages. Assuming customers will damage property vs. positive intent. If this is a common occurrence, I would have booked elsewhere.

The plumbing needs repairs. The tub and sink had a slow drain. We had to call the front desk to fix. The rooms and sheets smell like smoke, the door was stuck and hard to get in and out of room, and the closet needs a light fixture. The carpet needs deep cleaning.

The price of room was reasonable. The parking lot was well lit. The staff were friendly.

The room carpeting has seen it's day, but it was spotless. Carpet is frayed near the bathroom door. The room door had a huge gap under it, so cold air came in underneath. But we just turned up the heat!

Room was spotless, and bed was comfy, and they provided the extra pillows we asked for. The room was large and very comfortable. ADA room had all the handrails, and a fold down bench seat in the tub/shower. area. To be completely ADA, might put in a walk-in shower. I didn't need that, but would be good for someone in a wheelchair. I appreciated the location-so close to all we were doing.
