Hallways and room smell weird. NO ROOMSERVICE. They won’t bring clean towels or take the trash out. Also no cookingware available. You’ll have to buy pots and pans and dishes. Limited tv channels. Wifi wasn’t great. You can buy faster WiFi for $15/week

The wifi... they ha d an issue with which way to list my name.... Then when I finally got online... the wifi connection was tested out at 2.2mb... the upload was like 1.2mb This is 2023 and this hotel in in McKinney, Texas... the wifi needs to be bumped up several notches so a customer can actually use it

Leaving the next morning... about 4am... it's convenient to get back on US75

Kitchenette dirty counter top and Stove top had food on them. Dirty Sink in bathroom did not drain Bed uncomfortable with only 2 pillow’s air conditioning didn’t work well.

Fridge/freezer was dirty and there were dead gnats in there. No shampoo/conditioner for shower. Some of the staff was rude and I was hung up on when I called, then suddenly I wasn’t able to call that number anymore. When we got there, there were alarms going off, it smelled like marijuana and urine, the systems were down so we couldn’t get cards for our room, the elevator doors weren’t working so we had to open and shut the external doors to use the elevators, and the room was dirty (stains on the sheets - and was too busy with work and forgot to take pictures). There was hair in the shower, and the toilet had spots on it from previous users. The bed/sheets were not very comfortable and the TV remote was missing batteries. Also, the walls and doors were so thin and we could easily hear people around us talking/watching tv/doing things. It cost way too much for the quality of our stay.

I liked there was a full fridge/freezer and a kitchen area and the a/c actually worked.

I thought there was going to be a small couch, but instead there was a small table and two kitchen chairs. Also, I did not realize that I would have to pay $50 because Booking didn’t say anything about it.

There were a couple of things that bothered me. When I was told there was a McDonald’s close by within walking distance from someone at the desk before I arrived. That unfortunately was not the case I had to spend extra money for Uber eats both for dinner and breakfast. The other thing was there were no dishes cups pans or anything else in the kitchen to cook with or eat on. Who has a kitchen in the room without anything to cook on or eat with. I doubt we will be staying there again

No coffee pit No ice in entire hotel No cups but 2 for bathroom No way to turn on the shower No night table lamp so glare from overhead lights was not not good for relaxing in bed to read or watch tv

No breakfast This was indeed made for people who need longer times for staying in the area I didn’t realize that until we got to the room Not even a coffee pot Minimum kind of room Beds were comfortable Couldn’t get the shower to turn on so had a sit on edge of bathtub with soap and towel wash up No ice machine in tge hotel so couldn’t have a cold beverage I think I didn’t look closely at the amenities on the website for my elderly mom and I to stay there for two nights I’ll make sure I don’t book this place again

I requested an early check in because of medical condition. Got there 30 minutes before normal check and was REFUSED a room until 3pm. Was told booking.com was responsible . They treated you like a prisoner instead of a guest.

there were a lot of people that were sketchy and made our stay a little worrisome. the air conditioner did not work well and the toilet kept over flowing.

It was extremely loud you could hear the neighbors all night long. I’m not sure if we got any sleep along with the beds are very uncomfortable and move when you get in and out of them. I would not stay here again. I plan to sleep when I stay in a hotel I may as well have slept in my truck.

They called the morning of my trip to tell me they had to cancel the reservation I made two weeks prior. In top of that, I continue to receive emails about eating my stay when I didn’t even get to have one. If someone makes a reservation, don’t cancel on them DAY OF because you failed to ensure you had the space.
