We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Then when I finally got online... the wifi connection was tested out at 2.2mb... the upload was like 1.2mb This is 2023 and this hotel in in McKinney, Texas... the wifi needs to be bumped up several notches so a customer can actually use it

United States of AmericaFridge/freezer was dirty and there were dead gnats in there. No shampoo/conditioner for shower. Some of the staff was rude and I was hung up on when I called, then suddenly I wasn’t able to call that number anymore. When we got there, there were alarms going off, it smelled like marijuana and urine, the systems were down so we couldn’t get cards for our room, the elevator doors weren’t working so we had to open and shut the external doors to use the elevators, and the room was dirty (stains on the sheets - and was too busy with work and forgot to take pictures). There was hair in the shower, and the toilet had spots on it from previous users. The bed/sheets were not very comfortable and the TV remote was missing batteries. Also, the walls and doors were so thin and we could easily hear people around us talking/watching tv/doing things. It cost way too much for the quality of our stay.
I liked there was a full fridge/freezer and a kitchen area and the a/c actually worked.

United States of AmericaThere were a couple of things that bothered me. When I was told there was a McDonald’s close by within walking distance from someone at the desk before I arrived. That unfortunately was not the case I had to spend extra money for Uber eats both for dinner and breakfast. The other thing was there were no dishes cups pans or anything else in the kitchen to cook with or eat on. Who has a kitchen in the room without anything to cook on or eat with. I doubt we will be staying there again

No breakfast This was indeed made for people who need longer times for staying in the area I didn’t realize that until we got to the room Not even a coffee pot Minimum kind of room Beds were comfortable Couldn’t get the shower to turn on so had a sit on edge of bathtub with soap and towel wash up No ice machine in tge hotel so couldn’t have a cold beverage I think I didn’t look closely at the amenities on the website for my elderly mom and I to stay there for two nights I’ll make sure I don’t book this place again

I’m not sure if we got any sleep along with the beds are very uncomfortable and move when you get in and out of them. I would not stay here again. I plan to sleep when I stay in a hotel I may as well have slept in my truck.

In top of that, I continue to receive emails about eating my stay when I didn’t even get to have one. If someone makes a reservation, don’t cancel on them DAY OF because you failed to ensure you had the space.
