We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

not a great location at this particular place (no view at all), many “hidden” costs (cleaning etc.), expensive, try to get an apartment on top floor, the bottom ones are not good

Noisy chickens and roosters early morning 🤷🏻♂️
Unit was great. Two nice pools. Food trucks were nice and food was good. Scenery is fantastic.

first reservation was mixed up, but got resolved with time. Didn’t like being pursued to attend time share buying program, not why We were staying here. lack views from balcony and within the resort. not close to any coast views.
spacious size unit for a couple, well equipped kitchen, lovely balcony suitable for dining. nice pools. since no food service facilities on site, nice they provided 2 food trucks offering good food at good prices. also close to market for supplies.

The rooms around us were very noisy at night past quiet hours. Loud music, TV’s and people talking.
Room was large and spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked.

The facility could have had more clubhouse activities - ping-pong tables, more pickleball courts. Things that my kids would have enjoyed more of when we were not at the beach.
Overall the accommodations were very good. Location was perfect for our visit specific to Hanalei. Staff was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Lack of on site dining facilities. Could have had a little coffee bar where food was available for purchase. Lack of housekeeping for the week.
Pools and fitness facilities were very convenient. Location of suite in the complex was good. Staff were attentive and accommodating. Restrooms were well appointed.

Front desk said that the pools were heated, the ocean was warmer, lol. The pull out sofa mattress had stains, but we were provided with a mattress cover & fitted sheet to place over stains.
2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa with a pull out sofa bed had plenty of room for my extended family of 5 adults. There are 2 swimming pools & 3 hot tubs to choose from. Also there was a nice gym room. Full kitchen was great, we were able to cook breakfasts & dinners! Free parking. We were always provided with extra towels, bath & kitchen amenities when we called the front desk. Each room had ceiling fans & air conditioners.

The only on site food options were food trucks with unpredictable hours. Some of the facilities do need updates like dry rot on our stairs and our bathtub was slow to fill. The front desk was helpful in person but never picked up the phone. We had to go in person for more dish washing soap, new towels, etc.
The resort is on par with similar facilities. The rooms were a good size and the pools were nice for our kiddos. The staff was friendly and attentive if in person. Great to have a kitchen and grills since there are not a ton of food options in Princeville post covid.

Wifi went out the last day. Our keys stopped working at 9:30 am the last day even though we paid for late check out.

We can hear the people upstairs. Wish there was a tennis court on site (they changed it to a pickle ball and basketball court).
Great unit, very spacious and comfortable. Wonderful pool areas. In-suite laundry units.

The shower in the main bathroom was a combination with an older jetted tub, which had very dirty jets. We had to use the shower in the second bedroom. The location of this condo development is just average for Princeville. It's not near a beach, and there's no view.
The unit was nicely renovated, especially the kitchen. Air conditioning in living area and bedrooms was very effective.
