I expected an ocean front room. Like booked. Not ocean view. Room was not cleaned exceptionally well. Hallways and stairwells frequently dirty.

I didn't like that It seamed like a ocean view balcony but it was not. The neighbors balcony was basically connected to ours and felt not private at all.

I think they bed was comfortable. The shower was very hot which was nice. Had enough water myself and my husband could shower in a row and not run out of hot water. I liked the location being at the ocean but not on the strip

Everything, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are poorly cleaned and the bathroom wall was full of hair that was not ours.

Rooms need a bit of work. Bathroom had tiles along the baseboard loose & some completely off. Hole in wall by pipes under BR sink. I had to ask front desk staff for hand soap when I got there, as there was none. Could not get balcony door open. Carpet stained. Mattress soft. I was in a handicapped room on 8th floor 834.

The carpet was heavily stained. The bathroom is falling apart. The shower head couldn’t be moved so that the spray wasn’t always on you. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall. The hallway to get to Tower Room 313 was very hard to navigate with a luggage cart. The stairway immediately to the right of the hallway was very disconcerting and uncomfortable. It was almost like the wall beside it was opened up as an afterthought for access to the room down to Room 313. The “hot breakfast available” on the website is very misleading and totally my fault that I didn’t check to make sure it was a normal breakfast type bar as you encounter in most every other hotel out there. This was our first stay at the north end for the quiet, but on Wednesday morning, I went out on the balcony to breathe the sea air, but got a face full of smoke from the three guests on the balcony two doors down who were smoking pot. The whole stay was just disappointing all around.

The room was spacious and well appointed.

When we got there we were told they had to move us because there policy had changed with pets and we were never notified about that and we had paid for ocean view ⁷

The first room we were in had a broken patio door and clogged toilet. We switched rooms from the side where they were doing renovations to the completed side which was much better.

The building is under construction, it's dirty, limited parking, bed is uncomfortable and sinks in the middle. The bathroom has bugs and spiders, the bathroom sink is dirty. The room I reserved is dusty and needs work done.

Was told that the pet friendly rooms were on floors 1&2. We were put on the 6th floor, and the carpet needed cleaning badly in the room. No pillows or towels were in the room upon checkin after 4pm. Went to front desk, lady only had 3 pillows and a couple towels; said more would be put in the next day. No room service next day, I had to go get more coffee at the desk. 3rd day, towels were changed and a full set left, no coffee or another pillow, no bedding changed. Had to go to the desk for coffee. Hotel too far from the Virginia Beach boardwalk.

The property is very worn. I mean, HEAVY wear. It can be confused with not being clean but it was clean. Everything just needs updated very badly. There’s mildew in the showers, mildew and water damage throughout the building. It’s just old and worn out. No trash can in the bathroom, just one tiny one in the room with no liner. Rusted fridge and microwave, sun damage and wear to the curtains and floor. Carpet is worn throughout the building.

The view is amazing!! Totally worth it to be able to look out at the beach. The check in staff was super friendly and everything seemed clean.

Other than the bed being clean and comfortable, the rest of the room was very run-down and not very clean. The hallways were dingy and elevators were slow. We ended up taking a back elevator which was convenient but a little sketchy on function. Booked a ocean view room and did not get it.

Great location and easy access to beach. Bed was reasonably comfortable and had clean linens. On-site restaurant was pretty good.

Location great. My room had a broken sink and no drain plug for a bath. There was food on the elevator floor for 2 days. I like the atmosphere if the bar/restaurant but man! Too expensive.... I feel as if the hotel was just not impressive, dirty...more so since my last stay in February 2023.

I have stayed with them several times and I have had to moved to a different room twice we also had to clean the bathroom before we could take bath or sit on toilet we also found ladies underwear in the room in the closet and in a bother room there was foid like take out in fridge and all we had to do was push door open bc it was closed properly I’ve tried calling the manger the front guest mgr gave me but no return call

Front desk staff is very unprofessional. A class on hospitality and conflict resolution would be a major benefit for them. A manager being present on all shifts would also benefit in preventing future discrepancies when front desk staff is unable to handle basic issues. This has completely turned me off from this hotel chain as a whole.

They staff were very helpful. In the details of the room it should state it is not a oceanfront balcony. The room was clean for the most part outside of broken missin tile around the jacuzzi
