We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I pod to have breakfast included with my stay and the restaurant was closed in the morning. the staff could have at least told me at check in but they did not. they still gave me the meal coupon and all with no warning of the closure.

United States of AmericaFor 200$ a night it’s ridiculous that there is not free breakfast. Your bar stayed open until 1045 but and had people drinking in the lobby until midnight but my kids couldn’t swim in the pool after ten. Absolute joke will never return.

United States of AmericaStaff was very nice, my Granddaughter and I went downstairs to see if could get the blinds closed, the woman came upstairs to my room and said that Maintenance would be in at 3 the next day to fix it, so we were very cautious because of the walking traffic below our window. Came back the next day and it was still not fixed and was told we should have never been put in that room, I asked for a discount, and was told that he would submit the request,as we already got a good price from booking

A band was playing and staying there that weekend so I feel they have our room up. management tried reaching out to their bosses but they didn’t even try to get back at us…

United States of Americafrom the moment we checked in everything was an issue, from our room, to the ladies at the desk were all rude every single one I encountered. I got an executive suite because it stated it had a spa tub TOTAL LIE. they have two and apparently I booked the one that didn’t have the spa tub even tho in the description it says they have a spa tub. the lady had me get ahold of booking.com to fix it, just to say there was none available. Like why didn’t you just say that and save me the trouble of contacting booking.com. ANYWAYS I will never book at this hotel again. should of just stayed at the maison like I wanted to. plus our toilet kept making horrible noises because the back of the toilet was broken and you had to lift the little thing in the back to flush the toilet and every time you did that black stuff was on our fingers. it was gross.

United States of AmericaPool was gross. Milky and light green. Hot tub Under construction but no body working on it the whole stay. Would have been nice to know this before I booked the room. Room was bare and not fully stocked. No cups for coffee. only one cup for water. Coffee and tea not fully stocked. Shower not really clean had to rinse. Got an upgrade deluxe room and paid more yet it was worse tan the last time I stayed. Hotel was not booked yet waited until after 4 to check in and still had to wait to see if room was ready, clearly not. Did not receive breakfast vouchers at check in. Had to ask for them in the morning as it was not explained to me how that service, I paid extra for worked. Got a room by the elevator...loud. Not happy. Paid more for a 'Deluxe'.

The staff was really nice and helpful, hotel clean and great location. Thanks for having the pool open . Shout out to cinthia the lone ranger until the nice sale manager came to assist. Cinthia, who is 2 weeks fresh to the job, kept calm cool and collected through check in. She At times it got busy but she was always pleasant in her tone and I'm pretty sure she was smiling under her mask

Was not happy that was not the room I selected by photo on Booking.com and that was not informed that the hot tub was broken, would never pay that much for a room in Yakima I was to have a jacuzzi tub in bathroom for husbands bad knees that did not happen and then they’re hot tub was broke so he could even soak in that only reason I paid that much money for a place in Yakima
