The place is priceless. Tsitsikamma is a home away from home. All the essential things we needed were provided, from the renovated kitchen, free wifi, a house with a lot of bedrooms, and hot water available all the time.Waking up in the and watching the beach sunset, sleeping while listening to sound of the beach was just amazing. “I wouldn’t know as we made a booking. Then called the establishment to let them know that we will be late. They agreed to it and said they would make arrangements for us to get the keys by leaving it in a drop box. They didn’t send us any pin. We arrived at the accommodation after eight kilometres of gravel road, which was not stated on the advert. Just to find that non of our calls to the property was answered.. we were there for more than an hour waiting for them to return our calls. We had to look for alternate accommodation so late in the evening. We struggled because checkin for other accommodation were also closed. We drove over 60kms to another accommodation that had 24 hour reception. I can understand if we just pitched up late without making prior arrangements but we made arrangements and they agreed to it. It was extremely disappointing and we were in the middle of nowhere. It was dark and very miserable. I am extremely angry and disappointed with this accommodation.”
