We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NigeriaThere was some repairs being done close to my room about 11am in the morning, so had to endure continous hammering. Also the room cleaners should be more quiet along the corridors when cleaning. My balcony chairs, tables and floor, outside my room was dirty, so I had to ask for their cleaning, this however was promptly done after my request .
Breakfast was good with adequate variety. The staff were mostly pleasant and attentive.

EthiopiaThe breakfast experience was a mess. The food was not fresh (eg croissants were not baked the same day; probably two days old same with the sausage rolls); the selection was poor compared to our previous stay and the service was a mess. Twice our cappuccinos were given to the wrong table and finally we decided to leave without drinking the cappuccino. It is completely disorganized. It is not up to the standards of a 5 stars hotel.
Whenever we come to Johannesburg we like to stay at the Da Vinci as the quality of service it s to the highest standard. We were a little disappointed as the amenities in the room were poor (one bottle of water for two people), blanket with stains…

The breakfast was alright. The hot one took a bit of time to come out. Location is excellent. Rooms are cleaned frequently during the day. The porters are excellent and very friendly.
