A minor minus is that the room doesn't have a working desk (if you plena to work from there) but there is a place in the common space that can be used for that.

Staying here for a second time - the level of service, comfort and cleanliness as well as home-like feel never fails!) The property is a bit off the main road, best to have a car if you are staying here although Uber works well. Super responsive and accommodative host - very flexible on check-in time and helpful on any queries. Amazing staff at breakfast, the lady remembered the type of tea and eggs I was ordering from the first morning) super clean and neat rooms, comfortable beds. Nice shower with super hot water, no load shedding and perfect Wifi if you need to work. All looks exactly as on the pictures and even better with a super friendly retriever and neighbour's cat giving you a company at breakfast

The room was fantastic! It was large and comfy and I had a lovely view of the mountains. I had everything I needed and more. The staff were amazing and take care of everything you may need, The breakfast was delicious!

There’s no real view of the beautiful surroundings from the bottom floor.

The house is charming and the garden with the pool really adds to an overall soothing atmosphere. The breakfast was great, joined by the very calm and friendly dog Gizmo. We were accompanied by a very beautiful cat in the afternoon/evenings. We also like the “honor-system” of the bar. The rooms was clean and comfortable, very spacious and nice with a private little garden.

We only stayed there one night, but it's close to the vineyards in the area which you can visit. Friendly staff, and the room was good and clean, breakfast was nice too and there was a nice pool which we didn't have enough time to use.

The venue was great and confortable, however there was a hot water issue! I was informed that this is due to loadshedding. For very happy guest you need to overcome the problems associated with load shedding

Located a little too far to walk to the main street of Franschhoek. But can be done.

A beautiful spacious house with a pool and garden. Staff and manager were very helpful. Quiet location.

Beautiful rooms and setting. Easy walk into town. Nice outdoor and indoor sitting areas. Staff lovely and very accommodating. Made sure we had a room early after overnight flight which was really helpful. Also organised a pick up from the airport which was ready and waiting for us . Thanks Corna and the rest of your staff .

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi only worked downstairs and not in the bedrooms. We also couldn’t get the air conditioning to work.

The breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and pleasant. The large bed was very comfy and the bathroom had a large double shower. It was a bit out of town but it was no problem to get an uber.

About a 15+min walk away from town but it was a very nice, residential street so we felt more than safe walking around :)

We loved our entire stay here. We had a full breakfast every morning as well as fruit and yogurt. The room was incredible, very spacious and clean. Loved the location as we could still walk in Franschhoek for food. The staff was absolutely incredible.
