The hotel was spotlessly clean, the owner and staff were professional and friendly, the food was amazing (very high quality), ski lockers close to access to the street. We bought our lift passes in the hotel, parking was free, the hotel bar was very pleasant, after ski cakes & snacks were excellent but we chose to save ourselves for dinner (5-6 courses).

Orice calificativ pe care il acorzi acestui hotel este mult prea mic in comparatie cu ceea ce primesti ! Un loc minunat, sfintit de oamenii care l-au cladit si care il ingrijesc continuu si constant. Curatenie impecabila. Paturi confortabile. Lenjerii si prosoape care te fac sa te simti acasa. Restaurant si SPA senzationale. Locuri de parcare. Vis a vis de statia de gondola, insa intr-o zona linistita, in imediata vecinatate a termelor. Silvreta card pentru transport in comun/ pe cablu gratuit. Am petrecut o zi de nastere de neuitat care a inceput cu upgreat-ul camerei, a continuat cu tortul de la micul dejun si alte surprize. Multumesc Tinei si familiei ei minunate !

Mic dejun gustos, diversificat si indestulator. Camera a fost curata, frumoasa si spatioasa. Personal foarte binevoitor si placut. Locatia este foarte aproape tunelul cu scari rulante care ajunge direct la telecabina A3. Nu ai nevoie de autobuz ca sa mergi la ski. Skipassul, cu reducerea aferenta localitatii, se poate cumpara de la receptiea hotelului. Hotelul are o locatie centrala fiind amplasat pe strada principala, deci foarte aproape de magazine, restaurante si Silvretta Therme. La parter exista un bar si un magazin cu articole sportive. Pentru parcare ni s-a oferit un loc intr-un parking subteran pazit aflat la 5 minute distanta de mers pe jos fata de hotel.

The localisation of the hotel was excellent, in a silent village of Mathon, close to Ischgl. Very close to the skibus stop. Very well suited apartments. Our had a view to the mountains on both sides of the valley and a glass roof, so we could see the stars. Also, there was an well equiped wellnesss center in the hotel, in the price of the apartment. The logistics in Astellina hotel was fantastic! Everything was anticipated by Herr Dietmar Walser and his team. For example we could receive in the hotel our ski passes as well as a key for the ski depot at the Pardatschgratbahn. In addition, Mr. Dietmar was so kind and helpfull everytime. Once he picked us with his car to Ischgle, when the bus stop was overcrowded. This is unusual. This is the first time from all 8 times we stayed in the Alps region, when such extraordinary hospitality is presented.

The half-board (breakfast & dinner) were exceptional. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. We loved the jazucci & swimming pools were wonderful after a long day of skiing.
