This room was what I expected for this hotel. I was concerned when I couldn't bolt the door from the inside, though. Called the front desk and they sent someone right up. They also had to fix the curtain that got stuck in the balcony door, but they quickly took care of it. This was nicer than the 5 star hotel I stayed in!

The property has excellent spa, staff was friendly from the time we checked in to the time we left, anyone we talked to or asked for help was helpful and welcoming.
