Perfect location. Small but lovely room with everything we needed, comfy bed, nice bathroom etc. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Friendly service. We will come again.

Room was excellent with you being able to control your room temperature. Excellent food and breakfast. Large lounge with games room and a pool table WOW. Staff very helpful THANK YOU. Location is great for central lakes. Local walks , and a bus service to Lakeland Mountains to Langdale / Scafell. Close to Ambleside and Grasmere to visit. Best chips ever. Well done all

Great location to local walks and outdoor shops. Plenty of good cafes. Breakfast was very good and well worth adding it to the room each day. The pub is probably the best in the area for local ales and the dinner was also very good.

Had a fantastic two night stay here, everything was so lovely, we felt welcomed and it was a really relaxing environment to act as a base to explore Grasmere. Very comfortable room,.completed to a really high standard. We were even given an upgrade to our room! The breakfast was extensive to a very high standard or organic products, we mentioned we were vegan and the gentleman very kindly cooked extra vegan options for us. The homemade bread was a lovely touch
