Very handy location for arriving from the C2C route. Emma and Mark couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Emma booked a restaurant for us and shared loads of useful local information. Good variety on offer for breakfast. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Good selection for tea/coffee making. Very comfortable room.

The locationn was absolutly perfect ,in the main square in Richmond. We stayed two nights and were able to explore Richmond at our leisure . The room was fabulous, with a very spaceous ensuite with bath tub and shower. We could not ask for better. The staff were fantastic and the food was delicious

Really wonderful stay on our Coast to Coast walk. Very comfortable, with a nice bath (such a boon on a multi-day walk), nice staff and excellent breakfast - one of the best on our 2 week trip! And it's located very close to the Castle. One of our top stays this trip.
