It's a great place to stay in candolim, The beach is very close to the property walking distance of 5 minutes only. Breakfast was good as well. The owner of the property Mr Alex is a very nice person, he called me to know my arrival time and even called me after I landed at the airport so my room was ready by the time I reached the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay at the resort coqueiral.

The property is well-located with an extremely helpful and kind staff. Though a public beach, it is far less crowded than the other North Goa beaches with a moderate to strong tide. Hence, it is a value for money for families with kids and old parents.

The breakfast spread is excellent with plenty of options for kids to select from. We had to head to the beach and spend time outdoors as much as possible after breakfast so it had to be filling yet not troublesome on the stomach . The kids enjoyed the kids playroom, the open play areas near the reception. We spent more than 1 hour each day with the options available. The pool experience for kids and us as parents was simply awesome. we were in the pool for more than 2 hours each for 2 days. They tried all that the pool had to offer. We all utilized the steam room after the pool and it was quite refreshing to sweat it out there for 15-20 mins after being in the pool. The staff is attentive and helpful. My wife went for the turkish hammam experience which was one of a kind. It was awesome first time experience and Novotel delivered fantastic value and with style. Check in and Check out experience was smooth. It took 10 mins each for both tasks.

Loved the service provided by the staff especially Debrata and Maira at the main reception area . They are exceptional . Infact whenever I come this area of Goa I would love to come here for my stay . The king size room's are wonderful. It's a perfect stay for your holiday .

The staff was very helpful and courteous, particularly the restaurant staff. Sanjay, Siddhesh, Priyanshu and others too were welcoming and helped us a lot in giving information about cab booking and day tours etc. Nice playtime activities for kids. The vast variety of breakfast and quality of food definitely deserves 10/10 and was the major highlight of our stay. Candolim location perfectly sits in between to allow comfortable trips to North Goa and South Goa

There was a good selection for breakfast. The hotel was a short walk from the beach and the shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfy!
