Thr location was great just a few kms to San Gimignano, the old renovated mill was amazingly renovated. The breakfast was divine sitting in a beautiful conservatory looking out on the magnificent gardens , the owner was fabulous and very informative

Amazing location with a beautiful view of San Gimignano. Karen and team were extremely helpful with renting bikes and arranging a cooking class with Diana. The highlight was the cooking class one afternoon/evening when Diana and her husband came and had a cooking class at our apartment. We can’t wait to return one day. Hunky recommended, especially for families ( we were there with our 10,7 and 5 year olds).

The property was beautiful and in a great location! It exceeded our expectations and was the completed the perfect Tuscan holiday for us. Our host Serena was exceptional. We were made to feel welcome throughout our stay, Serena really did go above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time here, and that we did! The location is absolutely picturesque, overlooking rolling Tuscan hills with beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. We loved the pool area, a great place to relax, swim, read a book or enjoy a sunset drink. Our accommodation was charming, well appointed and spacious. The huge adjoining communal courtyard was also a nice bonus, offering an alternative place to dine, relax and enjoy the sunshine. Would highly recommend!

Great location, amazing for 'daily trips' really close to many other places in the Tuscany area. The rooms are clean and quite big, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower is excellent. A beautiful hotel located in the countryside. A great breakfast spread each morning that is hosted by an extremely friendly lady! The room was large and the bathroom was nice and modern. Restaurants right next door are lovely as well.

Everything was wonderful. Room was beautiful and other facilities were also exceptional. Breakfast was best in all out 6 Weeks of travel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Perfect location. In town but very quiet with views of surrounding hillsides.

The property is located at the old bridge and in front of a village gate. Very exotic. A super large room, good internet, comfortable beds. But the best part was that finally the breakfast was not "typical Italian with dry bread and nutella". There were boiled eggs! Also fruits, freshly baked little croissants in three kinds (and the lady kept them coming!), also nice coffee and other small things... Like butter, cheese, ham. Best stay of the trip.
