Yes I could give a rating of 15 not just 10 because Denise who owns this B&B has over and beyond and that’s an understatement. She treats you like family and she was here for me when I needed her most. I broke my leg the first day of my trip and needed to purchase medicine and medical equipment to help me continue. She made phone calls to pharmacist doctors stores took my best friend because we have no idea where to go since this is our first time here. I will never be able to repay her kindness and golden heart. She is an incredible person and is running a bnb out of this world. I highly recommend staying here if you and Venice you will be treated like family so it’s a home away from home. 😍

In front of a bus stop, so it’s perfect for getting around. Has a cafe next door for a quick meal/drink while you wait for a bus. Super friendly staff and very helpful! Even had a binder full of details on how to get back to the apartment, places to go, etc. Even let us check in a couple hours early which was great! Clean room, no complaints at all.

This is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room (and adjoining bathroom) was extremely spacious and clean, and the mattress though a bit hard, was very comfortable. The service and attention to our needs was outstanding, and what made staying here a really great experience. As an example, both of us have a very severe gluten intolerance. The hotel offered us many gluten-free options for breakfast, as well as a good variety of buffet options that were naturally gluten free. We also really liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and ate dinner there twice. The hotel also offers many different kinds of public transport tickets to purchase at the reception, as well as advice on how to best get to your intended destination. They will also call taxis for you, and have a wonderful airport taxi pick-up service they can arrange upon request for your arrival. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Venice again!
