This hotel is amazing! If you are interested in experiencing the traditional Japanese culture, definitely gonna go to check out. Even though the hotel itself turns out to be a little “small”, but it’s very delicate and decent. The staff are very nice and friendly to provide everything you need. Besides, the food is so delicious, be sure to have a taste of the delicious and delicate food! The hotel itself has shuttle bus travel back and forth of Noboribetsu station and the hotel, also you can take the shuttle bus from the hotel to the Jikoku Dali （Hell Valley）. Also, the staff would provide you a tourist map which could provide any information you need! This definitely gonna be the best hotel during my stay in Hokkaido!

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay, breakfast and dinner buffets both had an excelling choice and the food was delicious. Staff were really welcoming and helpful even though they didn't speak alot of English and our Japanese is non existent.

Excellent location. the room is clean. hot spring is very nice. buffer dinner is excellent, quite a few varieties.

Exceptional service - thank you to the shuttle bus driver and to the hotel staff, who were very helpful to us when we arrived later than planned (as we had missed a flight)!. Shuttle was super convenient as well.
