We loved this place. What a great old house! So many rooms...I kept getting lost. The room was huge. The bathroom was huge. The owner was delightful. Very accommodating and she served wine when we arrived. It was not right in town, but easy to find and onsite parking was easy. The breakfast was fabulous. As huge as the house. Lots of variety, lots of fruit. It was hard to believe this place was so inexpensive. Well worth it.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was very good. The grounds, location and buildings were so interesting and well kept. Highly recommend this location and gracious host to anyone.

While staying here with my adult daughter I had ‘a heart episode’. I had the full monty in terms of ambulance, blue lights etc. A night in hospital… returning the next early morning to find they had really been kind to my daughter, bringing her a toasted sandwich and drink when she returned from the hospital without me and obviously distressed. They were awesome!
