The room is good clean and comfortable but a little bit noisy from guest outside the room since they have children made noisy at night so if possible please find the way to protect these guests to interrupt other guests it would be grateful place.

Everything. The staff at the piano bar were the best I have ever come across in all my travels. They are so professional. The singer/ piano man was better than I had ever heard. He had the voice of an angle. The location was perfect and right in the middle of the night markets. I would stay here again, again and again. I could not believe how lovely this hotel was and the low price I paid. I have told everyone I know how wonderful this hotel is.

Z Sleep Hotel, is a 5-storey building with an elevator. The reception staff are friendly. Our room was on the third floor with a window overlooking Central Hatyai and the city. The room was clean, nice and very spacious, and they did room service daily. The bathroom in the room was very nice, a good size, modern and clean. The lobby area has sofas and poufs that make waiting more pleasant. The location of the hotel is very good, a few steps from Central Hatyai and in front of a large avenue, the area is quite busy, so it is not a problem to walk through it at night. The Z Sleep Hotel offers breakfast, additional payment, but you must request it before 10 at night, and it is served in a breakfast area that must be on the first floor.

Nice swimming pool view at roof top. Staff very friendly and room clean. Parking very very very convenience. They have indoor and outdoor parking space available and I don't worry at all about that. They serve free snacks in the hotel room. I love everything about being stay in Thailand.

Staff at front desk are very helpful and courteous. The junior suite layout at T05 is very spacious, the sofa bed is comfy too. Love the layout and the good sunlight at the balcony area. Hotel is generous with free snacks and drinks in room. The adapter provided in the room is very useful for travellers. Location is central, there is a nice buddhist temple next to the hotel.
