Although in a very busy area of Kissimmee, this resort was very cozy, comfortable and wonderful retreat from hectic, main roads. The service desk was very friendly and polite, as well as helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the facility as well as our suite.

We liked that the 1 bedroom deluxe was so spacious & well equipped with everything we needed.The beds were comfy & it was really quiet in & around our building.We called maintenance for assistance with the fryer & they were there within 15 mins. Everyone we dealt with at the reception & bar & store were all friendly & helpful.
