Reservation staff worked with us (across 3 different bookings) to make sure that we had first floor rooms near each other since their elevator required maintenance, which we appreciated a lot -- the communication in advance about the elevator outage was very good. Location is convenient to Silver Sands State Park, which is lovely, and the highway. We did not hear any street noise from the back of the building.LisaFamily with young children
