Todo, todo, todo. Personal con una predisposición y preocupación admirables, con atencion prácticamente personalizada, están muy preocupados en todo momento que uno este muy cómodo, que se sienta bien. Se preocuparon de coordinar taxi para ir a buscarme y dejar al aeropuerto con pago en el hotel. Instalaciones de primer nivel, habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. Desayuno a otro nivel, buffet abundante, completísimo con alimentos de excelente calidad, es uno de los mejores que he disfrutado en mis muchos años de viajes. La hora del servicio de te, una sorpresa muy agradable que no he encontrado en ningún otro hotel. No se si es tradicional en Vietnam. Restaurante excelente. Ahhh ademas te prestan sin costo bicicletas para que recorras la ciudad. Atencion igual buenísima post checkout. Por tener vuelo nocturno me facilitaron ducha para bn Sin dudas regresare.

Though the hotel is like in a residential area, I felt safe specially I am a Solo Traveler. I like the ambiance of the boutique hotel, the spacious room and most specially friendly and helpful staff. The lovely ladies in reception (kim, karina and Lan) always going above and beyond their duties like: offers a helping hand booking transport and giving useful tips for my tours.. I always see them cleaning and polishing the wooden decor/detail up to every corner. Every time you sat down on the tables in reception they will automatically serve you with cold tea. My room was on the third floor, they do not have lift but the steps they have made it easier to ascend. The boutique hotel is walking distance from the my khe beach and little more walking distance from dragon bridge (straight way). There is also La Ma Restaurant and cafe near the hotel, 24 hours convenience store. Hotel itself makes you feel that you just want to stay whole day and enjoy the pool, it actually made me extend my stay for another day. You can contact the staff through whatsApp at any time. Hotel is complete with amenities shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toothbrush, towels, bathrobe and etc. Grab Bike was not that expensive to go from one place to the other.

Very cozy hotel with good location to the beach and Dragon Bridge. Easy to access to seafood restaurants, nearby cafe. The rooms come with balcony with pool view. The hotel provide good breakfast and tea time 3-5pm, delicious fruits and pastries. They do provide a day tour transportation with very good price better than other. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. We definitely will come back again.

One of the best customer service staff members (Ms. Moon and Ms. Ti) I have meet since I arrived VN on Feb 8th 2024. They are exceptional nice and very helpful on anything I need. Food recommendation, attractions to see booked travel to next destination for us. I also met the hotel owner but she is camera shine and did not want to be in the picture. The room is very clean, comfy bed/pillow.. big shower and very good AC. WIFI was good. Location is walking distance to the beach. Lots of runners ran along the beach in the early morning. Good food places around the hotel. Highly recommended. Will be back when visit the hotel again (hope both Moon and Ti will be there lol).
