Lovely estate with great views! Loved to spend some time on the terrace having dinner or a glass of wine overlooking the sunset at the river. The restaurant is very lovely and open Wednesday to Sunday. The location is just a short drive away from the main gate to Addo Elephant National Park. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend staying there!

the view was amazing, the staff were friendly and nice, and even waited for us even though we checked in late. The food was mind blowing although it did that a while for the mains to arrive, and as a sign that we will return, our bottle of wine is still left with the waitress. Nita and Mike were the most wonderful hosts, like the grandparents you ever dreamt of - so full of warmth and love. Even though we stayed for just one night, we almost felt part of their family. We also loved their super nice dogs (and cats) and the marvellous, park-like property. We stayed in the immaculate Midknight cottage, which was not only comfortable and well-appointed but also rich in history. The farm is close to Addo Elephant Park and a number of restaurants, for which Nita and Mike provided helpful recommendations. Altogether a wonderful experience!

- very friendly staff - comfortable and large room with all amenities it requires - two nice pools, a larger and a smaller one - authentic breakfast, we especially liked the Uganda Rolex dish :) - close proximity to Addo Elephant Park main entrance - Management pro-actively mentioning the proximity of a gravel road close by where there's potential louder truck traffic (but was not a problem at all) - also, as there is no dinner available, the Elephant House already reserved us a table in a restaurant near by - excellent service! - large grocery shopping facility within 5min drive

This place is a dream, the location, wildlife and staff! They looked after us with such great attention for personal detail that we truly connected as a family and felt both rested and recharged from all the great memories. Also amazing with kids!! Thank you Shi-Ann and Jacome for being top in communication while organizing it all and the owners for checking in with each and every guest. Eileen and all the ladies from the waiting staff are a true delight and Ranger Lena had so much patience with us to search for all the animals. We will return!
