Aquest hotel està situat al poble de muntanya d'Arinsal, a 15 minuts amb cotxe del centre d'Andorra i a 300 m del nou telecabina de les pistes d'esquí. Great place to stay in Andorra. Good value for the money, well deserved for the outdoor pool which we welcomed after a long day. The lady at the reception was very welcoming :)

Ofereix habitacions amb vistes a la muntanya, WiFi gratuïta i TV per satèl·lit. beautifully decorated hotel and very clean. A great decorated big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Nice breakfast. The staff were very nice and helped us with all we needed encluding guiding and recomended places to visit. We've stayed there 2 nights and it was really hard to leave. I hope I will be able to come back and enjoy and experience it again. Everything was just exelent.

The Princesa Parc Excellence, established in December 2003, located in the complex Princesa Parc Mountain Resort & Spa, offers a comprehensive recreational experience. Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Special thanks to the reception manager Emanuel for prompt and high-quality assistance in solving our extra whims, we really appreciate it!
