Offering city views, Vintage Hotel is set along Laugavegur Shopping Street in Reykjavík. Hallgrímskirkja Church is 300 metres away. The accommodation has a flat-screen TV. The room had a fully-equipped kitchen, which meant we could cook some of our own meals. This reduced our vacation costs since restaurants in Iceland are quite expensive. Groceries, on the other hand, are in line with what we pay in Canada.

The place has been totally renovated in a classy way. Our apartment was about 20 m2 + bathroom and will easily accomodate a family of four or even five if the youngest kid can share a bed with the parents. The kitchenette is useful and the cocoa capsules for the Senseo machine are a nice touch. (There are coffee capsules as well of course.)

These luxury apartments in central Reykjavik are just 350 metres from Old Reykjavik Harbour. Each features free WiFi, contemporary furnishings, an iPad and city-view balcony. Everything!! From start to finish, the concierge went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our trip. We arrived a few hours earlier and they changed our allocated room so we could check in early! The room was perfect, VERY clean, under floor heating and modern. Every day when we were out, house keeping would come in and tidy around, change towels and make the beds etc.. which was a nice bonus. (We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with balcony) Location was perfect. It's situated near the coast but only 10-15 minutes to the centre where all the main shops are. There were restaurants everywhere, even one right next door. We were only a couple minutes walk from the harbour where you could see the mountains every day and go on the Northern light yatch cruise. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

This hotel is on Reykjavík’s main street, Laugavegur, 250 metres from the waterfront promenade. It offers an intimate setting and tastefully designed rooms. Parking is free. The hotel is run by two sweet and welcoming men who creates a friendly atmosphere at the hotel. They provide good service to their guests. Good continental breakfast is included in the price and is served at the table in a small dining room adjacent to the reception.

Situated in Kópavogur within 1.1 km of Lake Ellidavatn, Icelandic Apartments by Heimaleiga provides accommodation with free WiFi, seating area and a kitchen. Very clean apartment, good location only 10 minutes with a car from Reykjavík, amazing views from apartment, really warm and cozy. Wifi connection was great! The owner was really kind and helpful. Instructions was really straightforward everything was clear and explained well. Big handy car park in front of the building. Big grocery store just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
