Great beach views and fairly quiet. We didn’t eat a lot in the restaurant but what we did it eat was good. Lovely pool and always heaps of beds. clean and spacious rooms.

Objekat Aow Leuk Grand Hill je smešten u gradu Ko Tao i ima privatnu plažu i restoran. This is a special place. This hotel is on the best snorkeling beach in Thailand in my opinion. The cove where the hotel is located is the place where all the dive and snorkeling boats go, but if you stay at the Aow Leuk Grand Hill Hotel, you are right there, no boat necessary. Just walk into the water and you're surrounded by big colorful fish. Swim a few feet to your left and you're in a world of beautiful coral. The food at the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced (but be aware that the restaurant closes at 5PM; if you want to eat later you can order take-out to your room). The pancakes were great for breakfast. The units are basic, but the view of the bay as absolutely fantastic, and you can look at the view from your hammock. The water for the shower is hot. There's no A/C but the room cools off at night, and if you want it a bit cooler, you can open the sliding door. I had no problem with insects, but there is mosquito netting around the bed. The staff is helpful and friendly. As far as I'm concerned, if you love to snorkel, this IS the place to stay. Be aware that you will need to walk down some steep steps, so people who have difficulty climbing stairs might have a problem.
