The pool hours were decent. Generally, the pools open at 9am and close by 9pm. We were able to go swimming, come back up for food, and then go swimming again to tire the kids out before bed. The breakfast was also good, minus the eggs. I'm not a fan of the powdered eggs you mix with liquid 😶 The beds were comfy also.

Website was not updated to show pool closed for maintenance which really disappointed us and our children, so she upgraded our room for the same cost, and gave my children treats to make it up! Unfortunately, my room had 2 large wet dog pee spots on the carpet. The carpets were dirty in both rooms. Continental breakfast was average selection but poor quality. The area for breakfast made social distancing impossible. The pool area, while lots of fun for the kids with the slide, was dirty. Both the pool, and the washrooms in the pool area were dirty.
