The staff and service were great. They were very warm, welcoming, and quick. The location is gorgeous, and the view is magnificent. The restaurant is highly recommended as well: for a very reasonable price you get a really special gourmet menu, with high quality wines. Loved it!

The location was outstanding and the refuge is an amazing building with exceptional decor. Our room was beautiful with an amazing bath and very comfortable bed. The welcome from Lucas was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was laid out each morning with pastries and coffee was also available in the stunning kitchen. There was wine, pasta, sauces, snacks and other thing available to buy through an honestly box type deal which was very useful. The hot tub outside was a great touch, with breathtaking views of the mountains. All in all this is a truly wonderful place to stay with basically zero faults.
Situated at the foot of Mont-Blanc, this charming chalet welcomes guests in the heart of the village of Saint-Gervais.

Perfect location directly in the main area of the town, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Ski telecabine was 10 minute walk max. Rooms were lovely and spacious, we had junior suite, the beds were extremely comfortable and the views amazing. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection of breads, cheeses, meats, eggs, yoghurt etc. Owner and staff were really welcoming and helpful especially with recommendations for restaurants and booking a taxi to catch our transfer home. All in all wonderful stay, would highly recommend and will be revisiting in the future!

Nice slopes. We had some that had artificial snow, but this will depend on the seasons. Red runs were very feasible. A few valleys and different resorts are interconnected. The skiing village has got limited entertainment but is very family friendly. Great view of the Mont Blanc!

In the winter, it is a great place for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, as the slopes ranged from green to black, and span many many kilometres. The town itself is a small one, so will suit those travellers who are not looking for nightlife but enjoy peace and quiet instead. In terms of getting there, if you are travelling by public transport, plan your visit carefully. We ended up walking from and to the nearby Le Fayet town where St Gervais les Bains Le Fayet train station is location, but be mindful that getting from the train station involves quite a bit of an ascent up the hill, so not recommended for everyone but for those who like walking/don't have too much luggage. There are also local buses but do check their schedule in advance.

The Indian restaurant is really good and worth a visit even though just out of town.

The home is really beautiful with all of the amenities you could wish for. The open fire, the bath tub all lovely for a family stay.
Host was lovely and helpful greeting us on arrival. Throughout the stay she was available on message and was responsive to us. The beds were really comfortable, just note the last 2 single beds (in the triple room) are in the eaves which for our grown children was a challenge - also a few cobwebs which we removed ourselves. The hot tub was beautifully positioned to sit and view the snow capped mountains - the only problem was the temperature. We have our own tub on about 37 - 38 degrees which is nice. This tub was only ever on 26 to 34 so we got cold quickly which was a shame. Plenty of boardgames. Not far up to Bettex skilift or down to St Gervais - the latter was easier as the lift was less walking in ski gear to get into the cable car! All in all a lovely stay and we will visit again.

I don't know where to start,
1. A place is far from a cable car if you walk
2. In a room you get towels and bed linen and no cleaning materials, as if you are arriving right at the apartment and the price for the week is taken like a hotel
3. I never thought that throwing garbage was really a story, there is no garbage can in the complex and you have to walk literally 1.5 km to the bin
4. Service at the counter is not active at all, you really have to catch them on the spot to ask someone and the staff is not nice at all, even nervous
Staff was absolutely fantastic! Very kind and helpful. I had an early bus out of the Le Fayet train station, so this was the perfect location for me - less than 5 min walking distance. I thought breakfast was a good value: $13 USD for a typical European spread including coffee, juice, and scrambled eggs. I paid $190 to stay in a 4-person room (it was the only one available when I booked last minute), so that works out to $47.50/person, which seems very reasonable. Overall, this was a great option for me!
We travel a lot and stayed at this hotel for one night on the way to Switzerland , we wish we had stayed here a few nights and will be back , the setting is idyllic , the hotel beautiful and charming but the staff are absolutely exceptional! service and attention to detail is exceptional without being invasive , so welcoming - this is the gold standard of how a hotel should be run ! In house bakery /cafe was also handy to pack a bite to eat for picnics on hikes or enroute !
Thank you
Large comfortable apartment with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Located just off the Bettex lift, made for easy back and forth for skiing. Huge parking lot shared with the lift but we had little issue finding parking at any time of the day. Master bed was big enough and comfortable and plenty of showers for our family. Happy to have a dishwasher and laundry washer! Walking distance to the center of town.
Very modern, clean hotel geared for ski industry. It is 10 minutes walk to the train. A good location when bad weather arrives if you are walking in the mountains. There are plenty of options to get around the various valleys to pick up a trail.
I booked a dorm bed and they decided at my age they would put me in a single room with shared bathroom.
Great location with a stunning view on mountains (you can see Mont Blanc) from the balcony, free parking. The apartment is very cosy and has a lot of personality. It is also very well equipped including everything that you may need in the kitchen. The nearest ski lift can be reached by car in 5 minutes or you can use a free shuttle bus
Very cozy hotel close to the train station with great personnel and nice breakfast. The pool and sauna are a nice addition. The breakfast is great and varied also changes a little bit everyday I recommend taking your stay with the breakfast. The personnel is very helpful and nice and open to changes if you need any.
It was the epitome of warmth and coziness. Everything we needed and a very nice walk to the center allowing us to feel a part of the real community. The view to the gondola and neighboring skislopes was picture perfect including the kite skiers landing in the forefront.
This is a delightful hotel, perfectly located in Saint Gervais with a friendly staff and tasty restaurant. Room was large, sparkling clean and very comfortable, with two lovely balconies with great views. Great bar and very good cocktails.
The receptionist was very kind. The owner was also very kind. Grocery stores were close and well stocked. The kitchen was marvelous. The place was clean and smelled good. The window views were stunning and faced Mont Blanc!

We enjoyed the heated pool, sauna and jaccuzzi at the end of every day.
Perfect location, the view was breathtaking. Close to the ski slopes and a bus passed next to the property. Apartment had all the necessary utilities. Perfect for a ski trip and for the Summer.
Lovely, basic hotel with close free Navette bus to main télécabine ski transport. Owners extremely nice and accommodating, breakfast for 9euros worth every cent.
I would come back!!!
Great location— close to the town, plus there is a free bus system that picks up at the same spot as the ski lift that goes wherever you need. The pool was very nice too.
