Our director had booked the room for a business trip to Novara. However, upon arrival, he noticed mold all around the place, As a result, he was forced to leave immediately and find another hotel to stay in as your premises are not safe for the public.

I stayed in a place (apartment) that smelled quite bad on entry. The apartment was on the last floor with no lift access. It wasn’t anywhere near the centre. Went for a walk to get some food. Everything was closed. Lucky after a very long walk to find a pizza place. The shower was so small you could move much without hitting the very poorly installed plastic doors. Very disappointed.

Warm and welcoming, spoke good English, tremendous attention to detail. Didn’t like the stairs as we need to take dogs outside at difficult times day and night, however, we coped ok. The little balcony was perfect. The breakfast was excellent catering for all tastes.KarenFrance

Easy parking outside is a benefit also. A balcony to sit out on. Lovely hosts who want to ensure you have a good stay. I stayed for a week while working in the area and found it a great base to be able to easily drive to places. A supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for something more than staying in a bland hotel room.
