St Helena Bay is a small community. Just love the friendliness of people . the only thing was when we visited Algera restaurant, the kitchen closed at 08pm which means that we had to go to dinner earlier and dont have a full bar service. other than that. it was all good.Beukes - 10Scored 10

There is very little attraction from a tourism perspective...
There is very little attraction from a tourism perspective and I would not go back to this region. Instead I would stay in Paternoster should I decide to return to the West Coast. As an area it does require some development to bring people into the region.KKribaSouth Africa - 10Scored 10
We bought fish 'n chips at BP Marine on the harbour.
We bought fish 'n chips at BP Marine on the harbour. It was so nice we went back the next day. Beach trips and walking is great. Peacefull, and so relaxing - we had nice braai's (barbeque for the english) at Wildcard. Nice fishing spots. We even explored the sand roads and a place where one can make an appointment and buy Abalone. SPAR is well equipped with all you need and excellent steak for braai. St Helena Bay has just about everything one needs to cut off...
St Helena Bay has just about everything one needs to cut off, unwind and recharge. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. The views are breathtaking. JP's Pub & Grill has the most amazing food and does takeways as well, Picapizza at the Harbour lights Spar Centre has the most delicious and affordable pizzas and of course Alegria restaurant never disappoints. The beach along with different coves and bays are unspoilt and clean. Truly a remarkable place to relax and unwind.

I enjoyed the privacy and quietness. Please note you are in the estate but you have to pay to make use of the spa at Shelley Point Hotel & Spa. The house is a 3 bedroom and not 4 bedroom. Suggestion: The lounge area is nice and big, perhaps get a bigger TV for the lounge like a 40 inch instead of a small 32inch.
