Very clean, roomy living area, comfortable beds, tea and a hot pot so you can wake up to some hot tea in the morning. We enjoyed that. I appreciated the roomy shower-- quite a luxury compared to some showers we have experienced! The "sofa bed" option so typically NOT useful is VERY comfortable and supportive in this home!! And besides a very pretty and relaxing space, this host is positively one of the KINDEST we've ever met! We arrived very late, about 11:00 p.m., and yet he came outside and waved us in through the gate with a cheery smile!!!! He showed us where the heat could be increased if we were cold. He actually invited us to return if we needed to use the apartment after our day in Lyon, even though we had not paid for that evening (i.e. no one had booked for that night). We plan to return for a longer stay here, as Lyon is GORGEOUS, and we LOVE this apartment & host! Tell Saed hello from us! 😂 P.S. Also, beautiful and well-fed chickens on the other half of the yard!

Food for breakfast was very healthy. I found the staff very helpful especially the Evening Receptionist who helped me repeatedly with the emails and my email account due to the air traffic controllers strike in France on Thursday. The cost was very reasonable over the days I stayed at the hotel.
