We were there for an event at Stade de Lyon (Groupama Stadium), so we were perfectly located for that- just a short walk. The hotel is in the suburbs, with excellent grocery stores within walking distance. The tram stops are a 15-minute walk from the hotel, so it's easy to get to the Lyon Part Dieu train station and downtown Lyon.MELISSAUnited States of America

The room was definitely comfort and large and gave a great value for the price, our receptionist was lovely (I wish I remembered her name). If you spend a few nights in the city center it may be difficult to use public transportation (10 minutes walk to the nearest tram and then 25-30 more minutes to the center with it) but with a car to the airport - 20 minutes.

I've tried to get a refund and booking.com don't give refunds unless the provider gives them a refund despite this not being legal in the UK. Sometimes hotels don't quite live up to expectations and you live with that, it's just how things work out sometimes but this site is a scam, it's not a hotel.

The breakfast was sufficient. Kyriad Hotels are always good in terms of value for money. It was clean. The breakfast was very nice. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. There is a electric car charger just outside the building for electric car users.
