The front staff was incredible. We got lost going to the dog park and called Wendy. She stayed on the phone with us until we got there!
The room was spotless. I found no dirt anywhere. The bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again!

The Hotel is clean and its bed is very much comfortable. Love their amenities and the staff named Ms. Love is very accomodating and friendly during our late night checked-in. I want to give my kudos to the booking.com custkmer service staff Mr. Roland Marco M. Who helped me a lot in re-booking my schedule. Man, you did a very great job and thank you for that very big help. Hats off to you.

The hotel provided 'doggy gift bags' when paying the pet fee and that was amazing! This is the only hotel that has given any type of item for the fee charged and it was wonderful. The room was clean, modern and perfect.
